Eg. Your download speed is 15.20÷8 = 1.9MBps

Was it the same pc you used to flash beta?

You can reboot the pc and try again. Or
Try another USB cable. Or
Try another pc. Or
Be sure you downloaded the right drivers for your pc. Eg 32bit driver for a 32bit win 8. OR
Delete the drivers, reboot and try again
