Competition is good but it should be healthy and the beauty of this is you guys are creating job opportunities for people. Nice one, keep it up.

Entparrot, settle In nicely before comparing yourself with others. After reading your T&C, I believe you should be aware of what you are venturing into as it can capital intensive. Your T&C still needs to be reviewed, trust me there are some lapses There. Meanwhile, I wish you the very best and more greese to your elbow.

I love women who are hardworking and I respect you for that.

My terms & conditions is open, I won't take too many vehicles beyond my capacity to manage, I want it a win win situation for everybody.

There is no hidden terms, I'm making it open.

And yes, I have the financial capacity to do it, I have been doing it, just that I don't want to make noise about it.

You had to bring another business down to promote your own business

What we want is results for everybody, not for me or any greedy driver that think buying a car of 1.7 Million is a child's play.

As a lawyer, I protect everybody's interest. We all can succeed if you don’t cheat; drivers that have tried cheating have been seriously dealt with.

To be honest, hardly will owners cheats, the problem is drivers trying to earn beyond their means.

I know most drivers hate me on this forum for been vocal; I have had wonderful business relationship with over 5 drivers here,

I believe there are still plenty of honest drivers here that can make it happen.
Your success is our interest.

Bring your car to us and get paid up front, no risk.

What do u have to say about car owners giving drivers bad cars and taking advantage that drivers are desperate?

Honestly, I won't call that cheating, most owners explain the situation to drivers, probably, they have no money to fix it, expecting while they work, they will use the money they bring in to fix the vehicle.

It also happens in house rent, some incomplete building been rented out, money paid in for rent was use in completing the building.

And in this case, you will see a tenant challenging the landlord, that his money was use in the house finishing, so therefore rent renewal is not going to happen.

Finally, if the conditions giving to you is not favorable, kindly drop the vehicle. Don't take advantage of the situation.

Let me break it down: And make it open, no hidden games, everything is straight forward.

We will succeed together.

Toyota Corolla 2003 upward 40k net, owners get 40k paid, no hidden deductions.

We collect 45,000 naira from drivers, that means we are earning only 5000 naira for this services.

We recommend your car have a tracker, it cost only 25,000 naira. if you dont have money for tracker, we can help you buy it, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money. ( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Why we have this 6 months minimum agreement? some owners will use us to fix their cars and later pull out of the agreement..Yes,if we breach the agreement, yes, you have right to pull out.

We recommend you have a comprehensive insurance, if you dont have money for insurance, we can help you buy it, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money.( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Read reasons above...

If you have a little problem with your car, maybe probably you might have spend the money sorting family problems, we will assist you to fix the car, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money. No interest.

If you have a big problem with your car, maybe engine damaged, bring it to us, you will be assisted with the money to fix it. then you pay us with 10% interest on the total amount spent.

Any option you want, be it HP or Rental, we are available to deal with you.

We pay upfront payment, once we accept your car.

Your interest is our concern.

We are not giving you guarantee with lips, we are giving you guarantee with your money in your hand, before releasing your vehicle.

Let me just laugh. Pple just think drivers are robots. 45k? Dead on arrival

The risk I'm talking about is you getting paid, technically u have no risk against drivers fraud, if ur vehicle not working it will be return to ur house, if it remains under the driver's care, you must be paid.

Nice reply brother. Some people are not happy the way you're touching lives of many young people by showing them how to make money on Uber/Taxify. It's only those who understand the nature of this business will teach people the way you're doing and that's why you're progressing and you'll keep progressing. God bless you my brother.

Touching lives. His he buying cars for people? He is also prompting himself. It's called marketing and if you want people to invest in your brand. You need to open up and express yourself. Yes he might be touching lives, just like me expressing myself and giving out information. Which is not a big deal. But am touching lives too , so that people can also think too.

Your nairaland account was created Oct 17 2017. Tell us who you are. You are might be one of those fraudulent drivers.

I don't hire drivers that have fail with yahoo yahoo, I hire drivers that want to drive and make money for themselves.

At the end of day three things are involved

1. Partner gets paid

2. Fleet manager gets paid (if managed by a manager)

3. Driver gets paid

Who gets paid more or less becomes irrelevant as long as every one smiles

What remains relevant is the Object been used to sort trinity cheesy

Every business must have a focal point .... To one it's the drivers ... to another it's the partners ... who will take the third point?

The idea behind the system we use is different. Our partners get 50k weekly. Not attainable anywhere else.

Not attainable very strong word.
