Honestly, I won't call that cheating, most owners explain the situation to drivers, probably, they have no money to fix it, expecting while they work, they will use the money they bring in to fix the vehicle.

It also happens in house rent, some incomplete building been rented out, money paid in for rent was use in completing the building.

And in this case, you will see a tenant challenging the landlord, that his money was use in the house finishing, so therefore rent renewal is not going to happen.

Finally, if the conditions giving to you is not favorable, kindly drop the vehicle. Don't take advantage of the situation.
And owners should not give out cars that are not good too. Owners need to be held accountable and drivers too. My cars are tokunbo o. I still spend money before giving it to drivers. I make sure the car is in good shape. Because I don't want to hear stories. And when drivers mess up, that is when I behave like an area boy. I did my part, so I expect you to do yours.

I agree with you sir,

But not all owners have the financial capacity, that's the reason, we are offering owners help financially.

Some people buy car and go broke, someone can feed his family by using that car to do Uber.

My assessment is that you can try them . They have a reputation to keep. You can try them for a few weeks, and if you are not happy you collect your car. The issues I have with them has been resolved. This is a long story to explain, but if you want my honest opinion try them. Just make sure you do inspection of your cars every week . And make sure the car is in order before given them
My situation is different from others. I am trying to build my own team . That will work only for me and not 50 other people.
And also you have to decide if you want to go long term or short
Their requirements is quite high . Meaning you have to provide certain things for the driver. Like phones money for fuel and some other things up front . As with any business you thread carefully. Once you start having fleets of cars of your own. You will need two start having your team and u need to be hands on . I do voice my views on certain things on the forum. It does not mean I want them to fail. Am just been realistic and They seem to known what they are doing .That is me looking from a distance. Well give them a try and go from . If you need to ask me questions, we can share it on forum so that people will learn . Again my model is different from theirs

Peugeot e10 - 90k
Peugeot e7 - less than 80k.

Driver is fueling don't forget that.

a perfect car won't need anything other than servicing for atleast 4 months. I can vouch for lions. their suspension will last over 6 months.

You cannot own and drive. It's a partnership in the sense that you own the car, he drives.
I own my car and I drive it myself. Its better that way. I know how much i make and I take good care of my car.
Is it a crime for owner to drive his car?

Repair ur car yourself joor.
You too like talk talk ..
Max repairs a driver should undertake is #5,000. Anything more is horrendous...

If u want repair responsibility shifted to driver, shift from rental to hp.
Easy peezy.
Gbam!!! You will live longer than Methuselah. Most of them want to eat their cake and still have it. What's wrong with them giving the cars to their drivers on HP? That way cost of repairs would be shifted to only the drivers...

collateral. Pay 30per up front , driver will say no money.

Drivers should put their mouths where their money is.

Walk up to your bank and ask for a 2m naira loan and see what it takes to Get it.

Go to a family memeber and ask for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.

Ask a close friend for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.

Drivers be shouting hP upandan like they have somthing to bring to the table.

I'm sure Ogunvic has learnt his lesson the hard way. Yoruba adage says "if person yam don done, the person suppose cover am dey chop". Ogunvic has a good strategy but coming to share the strategy is uncalled for.
Business strategy is supposed to be kept secret. He created this competition for himself and the funny thing is that this enterparrot is using Ogunvic strategy to create his own.

I said this same thing long before he started his fleet mgt coy. From when he started sharing all these tips to make 120k weekly. I know he is being kind to drivers but imagine if like 500-1000 drivers use the same strategy, how possible is it for everyone to make 120k weekly.
I really hope Ogunvic learns from this and guard his business ideas with his life. It's a jungle out here bro.

Bro. You guys don't understand the laws of life. . .

Give and it shall be given on to you.

there is more happiness in giving, than in receiving.

Do unto others as you would like to be done to you

God blesses a cheerful giver.

There are blessings attached to these things you want hidden. God's blessings come in different ways and they aren't always instant. It's not the fastest that wins the race and it's not the smartest that makes the most money.

The most important thing is the heart. If the heart is pure, God will always be by your side, even when you are surrounded by 1000 enemies. Sharing strategy doesnt and hasn't affected anything. Trust me, no one here knows the business strategy. Whatever is on Nairaland is just the surface.
.No one came to lagos to count bridge. When the full strategy is unveiled you will see it. wink

No one, and i repeat, No one can compete with FLEETXPERT. We are not experts for nothing. If they like, let them be 100, they will all be left in the dust.

I am an uber driver. Ogunvic is an uber driver. Driving is in our blood. When people were complaining about Uber, we were busy making 140k weekly. The strategy we used in making the money, is what we are selling. We do not explain all our modalities, so anyone is free to interpret what we do any how they like, but the facts are there, and they are undeniable. If i drive on uber next week, i will make 150k minimum. We employ people who work like we do, and we in still this mindset in them. Our drivers are not our employees or our slaves and we do not treat them as such. They are our friends and We treat them as such. We treat drivers with the dignity and respect they deserve and they work with us diligently and from their hearts.

Note. I did not say they work for us. They work with us. We know what they go through and we are there to guide and see them through. None of our drivers currently make less than a 100k weekly. Everyone is happy. Drivers are happy, partners are happy, cars are happy.

If we both pick up cars and drive next week, we will both make a minimum of 150k each. Consistency. You cannot beat consistency. You cannot sell what you do not have. FLEETXPERT exists as a result of our hard work. What we are selling to drivers and partners is what we have seen and done.

Anyone is free to compete with our first-hand experience. Lagos has a population of 25million people that need to move. uber and taxify cars are less than 10,000 combined. Enough space.

Let's keep moving lagos.
