collateral. Pay 30per up front , driver will say no money.

Drivers should put their mouths where their money is.

Walk up to your bank and ask for a 2m naira loan and see what it takes to Get it.

Go to a family memeber and ask for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.

Ask a close friend for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.

Drivers be shouting hP upandan like they have somthing to bring to the table.
It pains me this time around . I fully agree with you. I like your idea of drivers puting down security deposit first like say 40k. If Uber had incorporated this idea at the start. I think it would have weed out bad drivers. Drivers will be more responsible

You are saying all this because u are benefitting from the normal delivery basis. I just pity the drivers who drive other people's cars. I don't have to be exchanging words with u because it won't earn me a penny. I only spoke my mind not to open an avenue for e-war....

I said this same thing long before he started his fleet mgt coy. From when he started sharing all these tips to make 120k weekly. I know he is being kind to drivers but imagine if like 500-1000 drivers use the same strategy, how possible is it for everyone to make 120k weekly.
I really hope Ogunvic learns from this and guard his business ideas with his life. It's a jungle out here bro.

So my bro. What is these secrets or tips you are saying? Wake up in the morning by 5am drive go island, get a good phone have a good car . Drive certain hours of the day. Work on Friday coz it's busy day of the week. Before Uber came to Nigeria am sure people or coy have been making money. The good thing about Uber is that it connects riders and drivers easily .
At the end of the day . If you have a bad driver or lazy driver there is no amount of tips that will make the driver hit his target.
The most logic thing that can be done his to be a good resource manager. So that you will be to hire good workers or limit bad ones. All these up and down tips and guard ur straegy stuff I tire o. You don't need a rocket scientist to figure it . Uber has already done half the job for partners already with their app.
' we can agree to disagree respectfully'
And you said he is kind to the drivers. What about owners giving drivers good cars to drive . And the driver still messes up the car . Abi na free car we dey give drivers?

What we want is results for everybody, not for me or any greedy driver that think buying a car of 1.7 Million is a child's play.

As a lawyer, I protect everybody's interest. We all can succeed if you don’t cheat; drivers that have tried cheating have been seriously dealt with.

To be honest, hardly will owners cheats, the problem is drivers trying to earn beyond their means.

I know most drivers hate me on this forum for been vocal; I have had wonderful business relationship with over 5 drivers here,

I believe there are still plenty of honest drivers here that can make it happen.
Your success is our interest.

Bring your car to us and get paid up front, no risk.
If I were to drive for you. I MUST earn more than you.
It's not rocket science.
Na gullibility go make u collect ya motor lol..

lol.

If my first uber partner had demanded a security deposit from me, i wouldn't be where i am today because i didnt have shin gba to give anybody.

Your car has comprehensive insurance. Your car has a tracker. What is security and what are you depositing? Many hardworking guys are being shut out.

The earlier you start seeing drivers as your partners and not your slaves, the better for everyone. You cannot give a driver a stupid car and tell him to go and start working and that you will fix the car as he is making money. That is just like asking someone to cut down a tree with a blunt cutlass, promising to buy him a new cutlass if he succeeds in cutting down the tree with the blunt one.... Is he a magician? grin

These are part of the problems FLEETXPERT is weeding out. Hard-working guys that can make 100k a week, pls contact us and if you are given a car to drive, your full tank is already sure. Our only problem is with drivers who are lazy. If you are lazy and you think you are doing us a favour, do not bother. In the end, Every one is happy. cheesy

No one really speaks on the bad side of this bizness when speaking on managing vehicles for others, maybe because them no wan paint them management system bad. In the honest truth every one in this business have structures to manage issues ..everyone learns ON the job .. Issues that occurs in ur first contract with any one is always 'corrected' via clauses and control in the second and it goes on that way till there is a reduction to a considerable amount.

Trust me, we have a way of weeding them out before they even start. Ogunvic just called me to say he disqualified a driver 30 mins ago.

You cannot even drive with us if you are not worthy. If you come in disguise, we will find out before you say Jack. You don't joke with guys who have driving records like us.

Honestly, I won't call that cheating, most owners explain the situation to drivers, probably, they have no money to fix it, expecting while they work, they will use the money they bring in to fix the vehicle.

It also happens in house rent, some incomplete building been rented out, money paid in for rent was use in completing the building.

And in this case, you will see a tenant challenging the landlord, that his money was use in the house finishing, so therefore rent renewal is not going to happen.

Finally, if the conditions giving to you is not favorable, kindly drop the vehicle. Don't take advantage of the situation.
Pls drop your number, I need to reach you ASAP

Im not against u earning more than the owner.

My problem with drivers is paying of rent, they want to work and keep the owners money.

Most of my drivers are my good friends, we talk and share our experiences.

Infact, when they face bully from police or lastma, I fight their battle for free.

If you are a good driver u r welcome to drive for me, infact I can employ you immediately.

I as a woman, never collect any tip to drive, I just followed what Uber advise, and I was making money.

95% of my driver's don't do social media, infact they never own Android phone, and today they are feeding their families, and paying bills bc of this job opportunity.

Security fee is very important in this job, it will put you on toes, and won't make you cheat.

You won't think of driving somebody's car into a pull of water destroyed the engine and abandoned it, and move on to the next car, without you been responsible.

It won't give room for some drivers intentionally owning u weekly money, and their master won't come here say he without a sin should cast the 1st stone.

What we are doing is for everybody to succeed.
