I'm looking at it from Giggs point of view. No experience whatsoever. Keep in mind Wakes got to the semis inEuro 2016. The new boss should be looking to better that.

Whether Sanchez wan come or not, whether it's all rumors or not, the most important thing is to get 3 points tonight and probably a Mahrez before January ends. Sanchez na good player, but we have people that can cover his position for us. RW remains our biggest problem going forward.

With City almost assured of winning the league, the rest of the clubs are fighting for top 4. And with a good tactic, there's no way a firepower of Ukaku, Lingard, Rashford, Martial and Mahrez (if we'd sign him) will not secure Champions League football for us next season.

City were scared of us when we played them, you could see how overtly cautious they were with us. But oga Mourinho made things easy for them by deciding to play his usual drap tactics that always seem to give our opponents the initiative.

Wales don't come any close to Barca or Madrid thus coaching their B teams isn't anyway close to the level you expect from their respective coaches.
A fantastic playing career and knowledge of a particular teams also adds up to a coaches CV and that's what I think gave Giggs, Zidane and Pep the edge over their rivals for the job.
