in ur discharge cert there is an alphabet before the number,so input d alphabet 1st follow by d number.i had same issue.but wen I put d alphabet it work.

For those experiencing "user already registered" when trying go register and "please enter registered email" when trying to reset password, try to use another browser asides chrome.

I will suggest you use UC Browser. Just open the site using UC Browser, Login and continue your application.

Make sure you filled your voters card numbers and passport numbers. I experienced the same difficulty when I filled "N/A" for passport number. I registered successfully after filling a fictitious passport number.

I doubt this will help. The solution is to fill the registration form with the requested details. (Generate numbers if you do not have voters no/passports no)

In a situation when you have filled all the details correctly and its still showing same error, what do you do about that?
I said what I said from experience bro/bae. I filled all the necessary details and at the end same error for like 3 days of trials, even tried reseting password same error, not until I used UC Browser entered that same email n password displaying error initially and BOOM I was in, completed stage two of registration and applied.

Cases might defer though. Just sharing my experience

Maybe the email used is actually invalid, or an error from the servers. Just keep trying if the email is valid

There's no harm in trying.
Were you trying to register or login?
If it's registra that means you probably have already registered, otherwise check the email again.
If the problem persists open new account, because they may soon close.
The position is only for twenty engineers.

Thanks a lot. I was trying to register. I equally tried to sign in but it was displaying invalid password and wen I tried to recover my password, it keeps showing invalid email.

I used only digits - just random digits..... About 10 or thereabouts.

I had same issue until now but i never stopped trying until it went through
I used same digits on my ID for my passport no, because it shows at the first page of the application although you don't need to worry much about this because you can always edit it from your profile.

The site has issues no doubt but keep trying. And also use the forget password option. If it gives an Error message then it is already registered so just login and proceed with the application but if it shows not yet registered go back and try registering again
