What is the narrative ?

1. Drivers want better Cars with less wahala, they want reduced maintenance cost to themselves, they want straight forward agreement contracts, they want lower rental fees, they want less stories.

2. Partners want good drivers with less wahala, they want assured remittance of weekly rental, they want in some cases maintenance sharing, they want to buy less expensive Cars that can do the work, they want less stories

Let's Change the narrative so that all parties be it drivers or partners are satisfied.

I do not understand the question. Brakepads/linings are requirements.
the kind of break system in front wheels of some cars are different from the kind at the rear. Some car have the caliper-type break pads all round. And i overhead someone saying one could change the back lining to the front type so all could have calipers or so. So i want to know the implications/advantages

I understand now. conversion is possible but pointless. They all have upsides and downsides

there are investors who are not interested in faulty tyres today, bad battery tomorrow, car vandalized today, car due for servicing tomorrow......

We have a package for every one, just sit relax and let your money work for you. 0 downtimes, steady income no stories.

A package for every one.

Lets Change the narrative.

I have been a driver and i am still a driver.... If drivers aren't happy, you can't be happy. Happy drivers work more.

Drivers are the most vital part of this business. That you are making profit at all depends on the driver. That you are making plans of investing depends on drivers. If you doubt it, buy a brand new car and let it drive itself and let's see how far...

I am a driver managing drivers.

ur percentages even too high sef if u see my own 15% cancel 79% acceptance but bro i still day average of 10k daily after fuel and chop chop... Work smart omo if i see request i go first check d distance if no boost or surge and pickup is far omo i hide my face life.. Try to be at the right place at the right time target To be in vgc /ajah 5am monday morning surge day reach 3point at a point if u see good trip that time ur monday is already on a good start.. Target boost... Blow empty to go boost area, ingnore some kind long pickup with no incentive.... Target airport when u day mainland to bring you to island... Personally i get airport calender for landing times for local flight daily.... Towards the last 2 flight landing time u day likely to see 2point surge.. Personal i day get 2.0points daily from airport pick up... Study this things... I go tro u more tips lata.. Work smart and dont drive in vain grin

There are many people usually on queque for airport trip, so before request comes, its usually takes like 45mins , too many drivers for airport trips

Don't forget to insure your vehicle, it is unwise to put all your savings in getting a car and not securing it, especially on lagos roads, insurance is real and it pays , ignorance is not an excuse ooooo

If you can't get fuel, just drop the car, so you won't have issues with the owner.

Romeo3 we are much available, doing business without making too much noise, we don't flaunt flight ticket to Abuja or spectranet modem, to remain relevant.
