you gave driver a faulty car.

Fix your car properly do not cut corners.

Drivers also set targets for them selves, and presently your inability to provide a fault free car is keeping driver idle.

You should even pay for inconvenience and time wasted.

Time is money for both driver and partner.

Keep your car in good state of health to avoid downtime.

Is it possible for partners or Drivers to be paid a 'compensation' during vehicle downtimes?

Or if partner gives out a faulty car, Drivers should be compensated for that downtime /idleness?

Or if fleet manager or Driver been aware of the need for a preventive maintenance schedule but skip it, should Driver + fleet manager not compensate partner for downtime / idleness ?

Let's Change the narrative

There are many people usually on queque for airport trip, so before request comes, its usually takes like 45mins , too many drivers for airport trips
nothing special about the airport trips as far as i am concerned. Sometimes i drop a rider at the airport and get request while trying to leave the premises. Most times i leave the airport axis totally and get my normal request. Local airport, i move to GRA. International Airport, i move to osolo way. I can't imagine waiting for airport trips. Not like the fare will be tripled.

Very well said.
No matter how reckless a driver is, gasket burning within 5days of driving a car indicates fowl play from the partner.

How clean should a car be before it can be allowed for Uber, I have Honda Accord 2004 I want to use for Uber, it has few dot scratches that I ve covered with black spray, is there any need of re_spraying the car when I ve covered it.

So u think you can hold partners to ransome with these your talk. This business is a partners market. There are more drivers than cars. You are officially banned from this thread.

Fellow partners our slogan should be #war against indiscipline. drivers and partners #

Car has history of overheating... Only good cars will stand the test of time in this business, we put on car A/C from morning to night, get a good gasket and a VERY GOOD MECHANIC to fix let the car hit the road, its no drivers fault...

Please can someone explain how the Airport parking works do i identify myself as an uber driver or there is a special Uber parking slot both for local and international
U don't need to park inside the airport, medical road Ikeja is a good point...to have preference keep ur acceptance rate on 100% and set a destination trip. Be in the airport at rush hours 4:30pm to 6pm... Don't forget FAST INTERNET, sometimes u may need to drive with the airport with ur hand free intact...
