It might not be your fault...the rider might put his or her pick up location at the airport unknowingly and he's in lekki...

1. What device do u use? It may be the issue sometimes..2. When even u complete a trip always do the fare calculations yoursef and make sure you know the actual trip distance, if u feel the fare is not correct click on the trip details....go to help...there are options there ... Select i had a different issue with my fare.... Explain it in simple term and make sure u end with cash collected..xxxx if its a cash trip... It wld be recalculated and your account wld be added with d balance of the trip fare.

guy you are not the first with this issue... Go and change your device... Visit greenlight hub they wld surely tell you same thing if not most of your short trips wld be deemed invalid. Its gps ish... Your device is not fully compactible....no dull yoursef listen to advice if not u go drive more in vain
