very clear that you're trying to save your face...
your last sentence made no sense...

the last sentence was meant to be a joke. He has had good games against Leeds, Fleetwood and Peteborough hence the League One joke, if you still do not understand well sorry

Ohhhhh.... First for all... GJ is out nursing an injury. So let's leave him to rest... wink Mbappe didn't score when played as a top 9 against lowly Dijon... I speak of the 2-1 PSG win... I guess he just couldn't string it together that day huh? wink

Omo.... Nacho had a hard time starting life at Leicester. It all began with that foot/Toe injury and then Shakes was sacked.
A NEW COACH walks in and we both know he will bring his own philosophy and style and preferences all not the same as Shakes.

Nacho have not had a good run of games thus far. He gets little playing time here and there. He barely plays. Now he is back and playing and making those minutes count for good... And you say we should not be happy for that? How many times do we have to tell you Sir Goldfish80... It is happiness that after all this while on the bench and in the cold out at Leicester (when not named to the bench), we can see that he has been working his ass off on the training ground and showing real sharpness for one who hasn't been playing much.

And ohhhh... Tone down on the world class... It is you and your gang who started calling Nacho world class. Trying to project it as something that the rest of us did. cheesy Well goodluck with that campaign mister. Nacho is not world class... But his class is surely permanent. As permanent as your skepticism. wink

goldfish80:

So we now judge the world class Iheanacho on what he does against the likes of Peterborough? You're indicting the guy as someone whose stuck has so fallen that it is celebrated when he scores against league 1 oppositions.
Will Brazil and Germany celebrate if Gabriel Jesus and Sane scored against Petersburg? He was rated alongside these two.
Yes, I can understand the joy that comes with his game today but let's not over do it yet. Show some class

oh boy you just stepped on it.

However he has done well against Fleetwood and Peterborough, I think two good games is worth something. On a lighter note though, maybe he should consider a loan move to a league1 club, probably where he can shine constantly

League 1 is not his level but the wild jubilations I see when he scores against these lower tier sides suggests otherwise.
Probably the bar have been set too low by these people, also I think the need to call out those who questioned Kelechi's development have seen them overreacting.

Sir goldfish my personal person. I would disagree with you about your comments on Kelechi today. Even Mourinho praised World class Sanchez on his showing against Yeyevil or is Yeovil. So yes we have every right to praise KC. Also is it not lowly Bristol that beat Man U with world class pogba. KC has done well today, he deserves the credits same way he has been bashed when he has not been up to par.

For me, I believe in fair play. This thread have been awash tagging people who play in "obscure" leagues as not good enough because of the quality of opposition they face. But here we are pumping fist in the air when Kelechi scores against the likes of Peterborough. The level of opposition does not matter when Kelechi is involved.
This is not equity to me.

Thank you Oh Kind Sir. I was also among those who bashed his performance against SA. I know I also blamed the midfield but on a personal note, Nacho too was below par in that game. But unrepentant skepticism and pessimism is a disease. On this, I agree with Sir Mujtahida.

Uhmmmm.... Nacho has performed at the highest level or has he not? undecided

And am I among those to look down on players playing in Belgium perhaps? Or is it Cyprus? I focus on the quality of the player always. The level of competition he has been up against also plays a role along the line too or tell me, bcoa i know you are a staunch advocate for the league.

ANSWER THIS... Would you pick a Kalu Orji (based on CHAN showing) over a Leon Balogun (based on 50/50 decent game against Zambia) for the Russia 2018 WC?

And I have told you... This is not about Peterborough or Martha borough.... But about Nacho's comeback despite spending quite a long time away from match day action due to injury, his struggles to adapt to Leicester's style, Shakes' sacking, Puel's preferences and philosophy.
You cannot tell me you are blind to the injury that halted his start at Leicester which he struggled with for over a month and half and followed a little later on by Shakes' sacking...

One more thing.... Nacho is scoring in the world's oldest CUp competition. A glamorous competition as that. You cannot compare the impact of goals scored in the belarusian cup for instance with goals scored in THe FA CUP.

Note: Speaking of equity... It is also not so when all you do is turn a blind eye to Kelechi's performances and good stats and only bash him when he does wrong. I saw the way you stoutly defended Osas Okoro even when Tbaba1234 gently criticised his performance. But with Kelechi you don't do such... You just bash him, bash him and bash him... U be Bash Ali??!!

Ppl only want you to balance your comments, it seems you guys never give praise when its due, only to continuously criticize..when nacho plays badly, I totally support bashing him but when he plays well, just commend that's it...

It seems we only see you guys come out to bash him when he doesn't play well..

You do injustice to him... He is actually VERYYYYY GOOOOD! The reviews I get about him from this game are beautiful. Nacho is not the only one Leicester fans would be yapping or arguing about in their taverns later on.... Diabate's brace came on his bloody debut.wink

Uhmmmmmm..... As it stands, Nacho now has Five goals in all competitions this season for Leicester.

Five goals and Two assists to be exact. wink If I work out the goals/minutes ratio all season, I may find something very interesting yet again.

And if Nacho scores again... it will be His Second Career FA Cup Hattrick! smiley

You hit a vital cord with that. Really wish him an Injury free season. Don't want a situation where after all is said and done, he come pick up injury and misses the plane to Russia. Chaaaiiiiii.... It is a nightmare I pray will never happen to any of our key players most especially and our players as a whole. sad

Partly why I am glad both Iwobi and Moses walked out of that titanic Arsenal/Chelsea game unscathed after their ferocious battle.

And Tbaba criticised Osas' defensive frailties. But you turned a blind eye to that and pumped up his attacking qualities as a flying wingback. And here you go again hyping Osas.... Smh... It is well oooo.... Hahahahahahahahaha
