It's too late for "no drama". Tell your gf that you cheated with your ex (so that your ex won't have any material to blackmail you with). She'll forgive you if it's meant to be. Leaving an ex is messy for a lot of people. After that, you'll find that it would be easier for you to stand your ground when the ex comes begging you for sex; because you know your gf will be watching you. Of course, this is only if you really want to stop dicking around.
