Don't you love making wild accusations.
From day 1 I have always said Kelechi was talented but badly developed at Man city.
Where do you think my back and forth with TheGoodJoe emanated from? He wasn't having any of it because I was indicting his club.

It will take a crazy fellow who watched Kelechi back in 2014 to say he's not talented.
I will still say it till thy kingdom come, Man city was not the right club for Kelechi. Every man and his dog know this apart from Kelechi's handlers who collected "parental fee" from Man city.

If the club had developed him in natural position, we could have an Apoty contender already.
This has been my honest opinion from day 1 but someone just had to color everything to protect Man city.

Yes, I still maintain he's useless as a lone forward. I won't retract that statement because that's my honest opinion. Chelsea has been struggling all season because they sold their striker and replaced him with a SS masquerading as a striker.

By the way, how much is a Fiat Punto? How much is a Lambogini? What is Kelechi's market value in comparison with Mbappe? There you have it.
grin

You have been insulting Iheanacho many times here, and at this point I will say this is no longer funny. You might have to tone it down a bit. If you have any personal vendetta against him or his family please take it away from here.

He represents us as a country now and as such we can deservedly defend him.

At the bolded, the current cost of a Fiat Punto is Rs 7.8 Lakh which is an equivalent of $10,000

Whereas, the least cost of a Lamborghini is $200,000

Are you insuanating that the worth of Mpappe is 20x higher than Iheanacho?

Looking at their respective sign on fees this season

Mpappe from Monaco to PSG = €180M

Iheanacho from Man City to Leicester city = £25M

Ligue 1 side Amiens remain confident of signing Larry Kayode (24) on loan with an option to buy from Manchester City, but the Citizens have other priority issues (such as Laporte) to tie up before dealing with the Nigerian's future. [RMC Sport]

Thank you. At least you saw that. You saw where he said I should answer to know where I stand then he will stop this nacho discussion once and for all. Sir Goldfish80 is just not willing to admit to being wrong in the face of facts. Abi I never answer him questions? Or he only wants me to point out where Nacho needs to improve without also pointing out his strengths and fantastic attributes?

Well at least, I can see something.... - never take Goldfish80 on his words to end an argument. He can argue into an endless black hole if possible even when he's run out of facts to present... cheesy

Calling a player "useless" in a role that made him the most lethal striker in the EPL at a point based on goals/mins ratio. smh... I am not surprised. There is nothing more to expect from Unrepentant Critics like Sir Goldfish80 aside him being bashfuo and harsh on Nacho. He just chooses to see what he wants to see. See how he hypes an Osas Okoro is average at best and can never feature in the main Super Eagles right back/right wingback roles. smh... it is well.

rabzy:

oga is it that you just want to argue endlessly. you asked him to answer some questions and the whole thing stops, but you continued. Superned says he is an A striker but an Aplus SS, but you came out and said he is no striker thats an F and you are totally wrong to grade him that way. He has scored in that role for different teams multiple times, coaches that see him in training everyday have played him in that role, so how can you say he is no striker. SS is surporting striker that alone makes him a striker.

Then comparing him and mbappe and saying he is a fiat punto smarks of disrespect and contempt.

Dessers came on in the 58th minute. I like the look of him. Comfortable on both feet which helps him fit into the flexible front 3 played by Utrecht. Switching constantly from CF to AML.

Russia 2018 WC Countdown: 137 days to go

These stats right here buttresses the point Iheanacho supporters have been making all day long... We know what that small boy is capable of... In any big team, he will flourish.... I said it yesterday that he will carpet whatever stats our golden boy kanu once had, Iheanacho haven't even played as much game as him yet he has goals, lots of goals to his name.

KC haters keep harping about Iheanacho performing against lowly placed clubs forgetting that other premiership teams played against lowly placed teams too but none of their youngsters or even their established regulars performed.

Yesterday Huddlesfield, Brighton, Swansea and Tottenham played against lower level teams but they all struggled... Harry Kane played against Newport too but he did nothing

Funny scenes in the utrecht- Ajax game as a Utrecht player on the bench just got a red card..

He picked up the ball as it went out of play and refused to give it back to Ajax in an apparent bid to waste time.

CHAN Eagles Line -Up Against Angola : Ikouwem Udoh Starts In Place Of Injured Itodo

Nigeria have made one change to the defence line up they have been using since the start of the African Nations Championship in Morocco ahead of their quarter-final game against Angola.
Coach Salisu Yusuf name same players in defence for their first three games of the Championship, but an injured to regular left back Daniel Itodo means a first start for Enyimba’s youngster Ikouwem Udoh . Who is also playing for the first time in the tournament.

Udoh will partner the regular back three of Stephen Eze, Orji Kalu and right back Osas Okoro, while in midfield Dayo Ojo retains his spot alongside the duo of Emeka Atuloma and Rabiu Ali, who is back in the line-up in place of Ifeanyi Ifeanyi, who also misses out on selection for the first time.

In attack, the trio of Emeka Ogbuh, Sunday Faleye and top striker Tony Okpotu retained their spot for the quarter-final game which will be played in Agadir by 5:30pm Nigerian time.

Line Up:

Ikechukwu Ezenwa (GK)

Osas Okoro

Ikouwem Udoh

Kalu Orji

Stephen Eze

Emeka Atuloma

Rabiu Ali

Dayo Ojo

Sunday Faleye

Emeka Ogbuh

Tony Okoptu

THE NIGERIAN PEARL OF DEPORTIVO
The technicians support the evolution of Francis

Francis Uzoho (1998, 1.96m) grows in the shade while Deportivo seek to cut the bleeding of goals conceded by the first team with the addition of the Ukrainian goalkeeper Maksym Koval. The young Nigerian international continues to mature as a footballer at the Fabril, and both his predisposition to improve and the evolution he has experienced in recent months are praised by the professionals of the entity.

The technical team commanded by Cristóbal Parralo and Gustavo Munúa agree when it comes to extolling the 19-year-old goalkeeper's skills, his desire to learn and the humility with which he digested returning to Fabril after Pepe Mel's toast in the sun, which made him debut in First in a delicate moment, marked by the insecurity transmitted by Tyton and Pantilimon and the fall of Rubén Martínez.

All of them maintain that Francis took the leap ahead of time , because although his raw talent and physical-technical conditions are considered extraordinary, the move from the subsidiary to the first team is not only related to the individual quality of the player, but also to its development. It is said that he learns in a week what others take a month to assimilate , but also that at that time his reading and his decision making were not superior to those of Álex Cobo, his partner under clubs in Segunda B.

Francis made his debut in the Primera against Eibar in Ipurúa (0-0) on October 15, he repeated the start in the traumatic defeat against Girona in Riazor (1-2) and returned to the second team days later, after the dismissal of Pepe Mel and the rise of Cristóbal. At that time, Parralo justified his decision by stating in public that " Fabril has two great goalkeepers [Álex Cobo and Francis Uzoho] and I am sure that in the future they can be part of the first squad. You have to trust the people of the first team and see if they are capable of giving what I want. " Extremely political statements aimed at keeping the goalkeeper from the forefront of the media and favoring their development in the medium and long term.

With options to go to the World Cup representing his country , which debuted in a friendly against Argentina played in November, Uzoho continues to burn stages. In the club they are aware of the potential they have in hand, and the goalkeeper, always smiling, focuses on continuing to do what he likes most: playing football.

No doubt a good prospect for Nigeria going forward after the WC.

But for the WC, trust me on this its gonna be a tough tough decision for Rohr to make him number 1.

Ok, so you believe just like I do that he's better suited as a SS than a striker. Why do you then loose your rag when I say he's not a striker?

Why do you try to prove me wrong when you believe he's a SS? Serious question.

You listed attributes he should improve on , but when I list those same attributes he should improve, you find faults and come for my head screaming haters and other choice adjectives.
It is very clear to me now that you've been arguing against me, not because I am wrong or guilty of making false claims but as a matter of perception. You feel I am criticising a Nigerian player out of contempt, when I am Nigerian and a Super fan of the Super Eagles myself, having spent money to support the team over the years.

It was on Kickoff nigeria that the moniker Game127 coined the alien kid tag on Kelechi. Are you Game127?

By the way, stop the comparison between Kelechi and Mbappe. It pisses me off.
It's like comparing a Lambogini with a Fiat Punto just because they have 4 legs. Ha

There are quite a few when watching a game it seems they watch the individual player and not the game. However, but not with a holistic objective approach but an emotively biased one.

That's why that are unable to appreciate the game and not just the player they support who can do no wrong.

KC is a very good player undoubtedly but world class not yet, there is a lot of work to be done.

I noticed KC instinctively scored with his right foot that's improvement and he needs to improve more.

Critical analysis is be appreciated from content not assumed negative intent to do otherwise shows a lack of understanding and may I dare say immaturity.

A note of caution for KC at Leicester, time an opportunity waits for nobody. There is a very new kid on the block called Diabate on his first game for Leicester he was impressive. So effectively KC has to up his game even further because he has clear direct competition.

And yes I agree with your analogy about the Fiat Punto. Not in derogatory sense but as a sharp required reality check that we have good players but are way off being world class yet.

Please, can we stop these silly 'what if' arguments? What if Mikel had gone to United instead of Chelsea? What if Iheanacho had gone to Porto instead of Man City? Man City ruined him blah blah blah....

People of God, do you know how many Nigerians have gone to Porto? What has become of them? The likes of Chidera Ezeh, have they become world class or anywhere close to Kelechi? Have they even nailed regular spots anywhere?

Let us stop all these useless arguments on what could have been but never was, and yes, goldfish80 this message is for you and all the other "he could have been" people

Me sef, I should have attended Unilag and should have been a graduate by now, but see where I dey.

There are no guarantees that another path could have been better, every single one of us on this thread must have made choices that perhaps did not go well, but does that mean the other option could have been better? No.

So, please, let us be factual, talk about the here and now, by the way, mocking any of these players makes you look like a petty hater, even if it is just to rile anyone up. Everyone has their own shortcomings in life, just because yours is not on display for us to drag you with does not mean it doesn't exist

Remember that, whenever you feel like being petty
