A man who cares for you deeply would want you to look good. He'll go out of his way to make sure, you're properly dressed so as not be outdone and outshone by other women.
Remember Big brother had advised the housemates already to wake up and be dressed properly ,even women that used to sleep in like ahneeka are now up and looking dashing early morn.
Miracle is only doing this because he cares for Nina deeply and wouldn't want her to look shabby.

Nina has a point, no one can tell you what to wear or do, a real woman always knows what she wants.
