Let us have this referendum, I bet you it will end up like the one which created Bendel (people will unite behind their history and precolonial countries). Those who don't understand history will learn a huge lesson. I am all for referendum. gidgiddy: |

fratermathy: It may interest you to know that Referendum is the only instrument that allows the ethnic nationalities to speak for themselves. So when you say "speak for other groups in the south", that one is strange. As I said in a previous post, nobody has the strenght to fight for independence of others and those who seek a referendum such as me are far more intetested in our kith and kin in Delta state. Nobody is losing any sleep over Urhobo/Isoko/Itsekiri, that these ethnic nationalities happen to be in Delta state is why we are even having this conversation. But dont worry, hopefully, Anioma state will be created before the referendum so we can concentrate on those seeking independence. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Efewestern: Of course. It is then for Anioma to either vote that they want Oduduwa or the can reject them by eith not voting at all or voting "No" Referendum is the right to choose. 1 Like 1 Share |

IPOB and their supporters keep on disgracing themselves .They have no single shame.Look at the way they are including other Ethnic group even after their leaders have warned them to remove them from their useless map. What is really wrong with IPOB ?Is't by force for Minority tribe to join them in Biafra .This is the reason that Biafra will never work. Limit Biafra map to only Igbos in South East and South South they will never listen. How can referendum will be conducted on the tribes that have not request for referendum? Please people should stop insulting Ndigbo for IPOB Foolishness rather they should face IPOB. 6 Likes 1 Share |

I can't for the life of me understand why you IPOB people delight in bringing ridicule to Ndiigbo and assigning relevancy to irrelevant groups in SS who would then use it as a ladder to pile insults and disgrace on Ndiigbo. Are you people masochists or what? Why exactly are you people like this. 8 Likes 1 Share |

You want a referendum and a Biafra but haven't consulted with Igbos and other groups if they want a referendum or not, you just want to force it on everyone as if they must have no say in the running of their lives and future. IPOB knows best and must speak for everybody, fools. 1 Like |

I pity those who thing think the people of S/S will like to stay in the islamic republic of nigeria.i know that if the S/E chooses to leave nigeria today, akwa ibomites and all s.s states will leave this forsaken country where our oil is stolen to feed the islamic parasites.God will surely punish afonjas who thing we are happy with them, when they have stolen the oil coys and ports from the s.s.I love Nnamdi Kanu with all my heart.i wish we had just ONE person like him.we the s.s and the s.e will never know real polical freedom until we leave this shithole.Philip effiong and ojukwu have set a path for us just utman dan fodio set a path for the sons of futa jalon.it is not our fault that eternal servitude to the north is the path set for afonjas. 1 Like |

We won't serve the north, the west or the east. Before nigeria started we had our own countries/country and that is what we will return to. royalleopard: |

fratermathy:what am saying is, even if Urhorbo people want in, Igbo people still have the right to vote whether to let them in or not. it goes both ways you know, and I am yet to see what strategic benefits of having your people in Biafra, so who is always including you guys in that IPOB? hope it is not that your brother that is in IPOB?. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Biafra: Referendum Posters Flood Major SE/SS City's(photo) by fratermathy(m): 7:19pm On Feb 18, 2018 |
Malawian: Anybody can be in IPOB. In fact, during the Biafran war, there were Yoruba and even soldiers from the North fighting for Biafra but they did so at their INDIVIDUAL level and didn't DRAG their ethnicities into it. So your not-quite-subtle derisive remarks don't hold waters here. Even now, I daresay that many Yorubas and even Hausas are in IPOB and not all Igbos are in support of IPOB. Infact, many Igbos may be partaking in Oodua and Arewa meetings. We don't want to be in Biafra so we will save you the vote. Thanks. If we want to opt out of this ship, we'll board ours and ours alone or board that of those we can check and who also can check us. 1 Like |

Malawian: I am only echoing what my ethnic group has said via its official mouthpiece, Urhobo Progress Union and what is the sentiment in many other groups and fora. UPU and other highly placed Urhobo leaders have said it times without number and since 2014 that Urhobos are not interested. Just respect our wishes already. 1 Like 1 Share |

fratermathy:whatever elite Urhorbo leadership are saying may or may not be the position of the large majority of the ethnic group. We know that they can be bought over to sing the songs of their pay masters. We Igbos have the same thing in "Ohanaeze" and whoever is that they are purporting to be their Apex mouthpiece. please, who fears a referendum if he is already sure of his people's position? at this juncture, I will tell you something you won't want to hear. The girl I am with now is an Urhobo girl. Obviously, not all Urhorbo share your Igbo mindset. 2 Likes |

Malawian: I am with an Igbo girl and she doesn't want Biafra so what's your point with the girl analogy? If Urhobos want Biafra as badly as you would want to believe or portray, why then are they silent about it? Why have they not protested in Warri, Ughelli, Abraka, Sapele, etc? Infact, why are they not propagating it online like you lots are doing? I would love to see videos of Urhobos proclaiming Biafra in Urhobo language! Please get a life and stop drooling over Urhobo, a "landlocked region", to borrow you and Pazienza's self-consolatory words. Everyday, I see Igbos criticising Ohaneze over various policies and stands. I wonder why Urhobos have not criticised UPU over its stand on Biafra. I really wonder! Are Urhobos mute? Or the Urhobo Biafrans are just so quiet? Maybe Urhobos just want Igbos to do all the hard work and reap the fruits at the end. I think this may be the real case. Go on and get yourselves killed, guttered and muddied. When Biafra comes, Urhobos will join by then . Deluded lots! 3 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Biafra: Referendum Posters Flood Major SE/SS City's(photo) by fratermathy(m): 7:41pm On Feb 18, 2018 |
Malawian: And when did they ask for a referendum mister? You seem to think that Urhobos are toddlers or dumb peeps who must be spoken for! A referendum must be requested for by those who want it. A neighbouring tribe cannot impose a referendum on smaller tribes just because they think it'll favour them. Things are not done like that. Be civil please. Go ahead with your referendum in all Igbo-speaking areas but don't overstretch your delusions. You don't need us to get Biafra as much as we don't need you. Let it rest. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Malawian: The greatest tribe on earth, defender of the defenceless, speaker for the brethren, voice of the voiceless, bringer of referendum, *and the epithets continue*. A word of advice to you all: get yourself out of the sea first before you start saving others, especially those who don't want to be saved or you'll end up as stranded as you think others are. Even Noah couldn't save every one! Don't mention me again on this issue. The point has been made. 4 Likes 1 Share |

fratermathy:I understand you now. You are tired of Igbo guys sleeping with your girls. I have met guys like you before who have this childish mindset that once igbo guys sleep with their girls, they have been conquered, hence the reason you brought in your mythical Igbo girlfriend who doesn't want Biafra. I will start giving your sister my one hour sessions. 1 Like |

Efewestern: Yoruba cannot have Itsekiri becos Itsekiri and Ijaw are far more closer than Itsekiri and Yoruba, besides Ijaw land runs into Ondo from the western end of Itsekiri land. Itsekiri belong firmly in the SS as with Urhobo and Ijaw, none of them are Oduduwa, if we want to tell ourselves the truth. |

Count Anambra state out of any Ipod referendum. Until an Anambra indigene is made the leader of any pro-biafra group to ensure proper cleansing and focus, such group like Ipod as presently populated with wawa and abakaliki fraudsters, will not be able to get anywhere. 1 Like 1 Share |
