Lool,am very very very tempted, but God knows i wont,

I wonder why the same reviewers come back to do another review after 3 months,6 months, etc to give us there second thoughts on the same products, and most even correct some of the errors made in there first review,
And even we all know, its takes time for apps to adapt on a new phone, apps are smart, they monitor how u use your phone and tend to adapt to help optimize ram and battery, but i guess that is not important to reviewers as well,
There 1 week usage can getvthe total conclusion if a fone is great or bad,

But for the sake of peace on the thread,

I av yet accepted my defeat again,

The winner has won,

You are the winner, let move on and let peace reign,

Marketer telling a reviewer what errors reviewers make and how they correct it later(as if the reviewers ever fail to mention how long they're used devices in their review or if it's just first impressions) but somehow the marketer would still be the one to get angry for over speaking.

Very funny indeed.

If reviewers cannot come to a sensible conclusion about a phone, as in their 2 weeks of experience per review unit is not enough to paint a fair picture of what a phone is capable of, is it someone who uses phones for a whole year, while hyping it to attract customers from day one(when they've barely used it) that would come to a sensible conclusion? undecided

Please people should be more rational in their thoughts. If you don't have an idea what/whom phone reviews are meant for or what it's about, just ask.

Someone that hasn't experienced Note 5 Pro now would say reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. Who does, Nigerian marketer? Abi Xiaomi?

No don't get confused.

The reviewer said prior to his OTA update, the gaming performance was bad. But the update fixed it. He also said he hopes upcoming update will fix the ram issue.

But in case you didn't know, you can turn off miui optimization and some little tweaks in developer setting to get better ram management. Google this to get more info. That was what Gptech was trying to say.

You can also ask those who have used the phone for more than weeks to get a first-hand info about any query you have. One other thing is that Apps and battery optimizations take time to settle after each OTA update. I once updated more phone, did a factory reset and had amazing SOT for the first few weeks, only for severe battery draining to appear after about a month usage.

Don't worry wink when you get your phone, you go experience these things.

Correct. I noticed a fast battery drain when I first updated to 9.0.5.0 but after rebooting the next day, everything became normal...in fact, better than the previous 8.5 that I was on.

Lol, you really came here with an AR-15 on your shoulder. If you observed, right after my post, anticipating that you would raise the issue of the article's date, I immediately posted an update of 2018.

https://www.gizmochina.com/2018/01/25/xiaomi-aims-bolster-mobile-phone-arm-new-rd-complex-shenzhen/

The whole purpose of this, is not to try and win any arguments but for elucidation, iron sharpens iron, we learn from each other with shared knowledge and information that's why I sent the articles.
And for you to say "I don't think past events influence the future", I don't think that compliments the education you obviously have. I mean, you went to school in the PAST and were taught to read and write and that obviously influenced your FUTURE right up to the present such that you can write and reason as you have.
R&grin takes years to start and yield results and it's on the basis of those results that production commences, that's why you have pilots and prototypes. So you build on your past foundation to erect your future enduring structures.
Cut yourself some slack and calm down. There is no argument to be won here.We like our product, mid-range and high- end depending on each person's finances and priorities. That's why we set up the thread in the first place and called it the Xiaomi Thread. I won't barge into your house where you and your family members are infront of your OLED and call it and by extension all of you "garbage" and expect you to bake and present me a welcoming Chocolate cake.
Stand down bro...
Nice,at least an "actual" xiaomi fan with credible informations i can grab a few knowledgeable ideas from..
But still, what exactly did xiaomi innovate in terms of hardware??...... Bezel-less display design?
i won't stand down!..not now.
xiaomi isn't there yet, innovation wise!
