normally pineaple shd start on dpo 2 to 7,but Ur doc says u shd bd 4 7 days,so u can eat it 24hrs after d last bd so dat it will not affect d swimmers. u can take it cd 22 ~23 ,3*daily.very effective.selenium&zinc also aid implantation without affecting d swimmers.cheers.

This was before the surgery. I paid 20k. Me m. Not going back there ooo. Looking for. Where to do it. Make. Them. Eat the 20k

Sis have you tried Clinix health care at Ilupeju? I had my 3rd HSG there after prism said their enemy's tubes were blocked. It was painless( although I took ibrup**n* 30mins before). The radiologist was patient and took her time. Besides it's cheaper (about 20k). I only spent about 1hr cos there were 2 ladies before me.
I personally think the doc at prism was too "fancy" for my liking.. especially after bearing bad news.lol

My sis, will advice you try clinix. Prism once gave me wrong result that almost gave my enemy heartache but thank God my doctor and I decided to go for a repeat of the hsg.

Turmeric ginger n cinnamon r thermogenic. They increase blood flow to the pelvic region n this makes ur ovaries receive more blood flow, better egg production, n ovulation n better endometrial thickening.

Be that as it may, I don't advice to take these after ovulation.

Mummydaezy really sorry for your loss.... Mamas please forgive me but I believe we need to pray, not only for bfp but all round... Our great gtc mothers cannot finally get bfp, go to preggy thread and then come back.... I don't mind starting a prayer group or something.... Free midnight call never finish
