being rhesus factor negative may not be the only culprit. she can as well check her progesterone level , cervix, rule out blighted ovum.... with my inquisitive manner , got to know from my doctor that when the sperm is not strong enough it can lead to miscarriage.

Good day Dr. I really need help. My marriage of 12 years just crashed due to TTC. I had a myomectomy but was informed that not everything were removed due to adhesion/complications. My period is no longer regular, had a high prolactin. Pls can u tell me what to do at least to be healthy. Firstly to treat the prolactin and secondly to suppress the remaining fibroids. I can't afford to go under d knife again. I'm in my 40s and I prefer natural treatment, I'm tired of taken drugs. Thanks and God bless

The only unadulterated coconut oil you can get is the one prepared by you. The ones being sold in shops are made for commercial purposes and so cannot be 100% pure in order for them to make profit. So I will advice you prepare it yourself, I make mine.

Plz how do you make it

I think asherman syndrome is also known as uterine synechiae. Then also both tubes r blocked. U can start doing the castor oil massage and taking serraptetase. I don't really know the treatment for asherman, but I heard surgery can correct it.

Hello house, it's a nice job that you've all been doing and thanks for keeping this thread alive.

A friend has issues with low sperm count and he was placed on the following drugs :-

1. Dr quick
2. Addyzoa
3. Proviron
4. Bitter plus bitter (incase he has infections)
5. Vitamin E

Want to ask if the drugs are okay or if he'll need to add more drugs to the combination.

Also, he also wants to know if it's advisable to go for iui/ivf or other means in order to have a baby and where it can be done cheaply, thanks.

Go for the switzerland make. I think it was sold btw 2500 to 2800 per injection. My hubby has used it to treat ppl of staph oooo. One guy complained he treated staph more than 6 times, the doc then advised him to forget the staph and concentrate in boosting his count and that staph cant stop him. Hubby told him he can treat his staph. Gave him the prescription he used.
The guy came back later to testify, only that i didnt see his life chicken, goats and yam for the thanksgiving. Staph was completely wiped.
The rocephin was taken with pefloxacin etc. Please do a little search on this thread cos i have posted it before.

The consultant told hubby that the rocephin is very powerful and kills many things , even poison.

Hello ma'am, can you help with the prescription for staph, rocephin with what and what??

It is not easy being a woman. It is not easy trying to cope with the stress being a TTC.

The start to being healthy is to think most rightly well of how being healthy is can be. This is reinforcing your mind strength into converting your negation into positive energy. It is not simple but with time, you will simply understand that all you really can depend on to make life easy going. Suffer it that you exist, with a positive spirit you will win all.

Live up your spirit! eat good food and maintain a good balance diet. Cause it promotes the good feeling.

Nothing could have been more better than to attend to matters of heavier attention and one that critically affects the soul. Regarding the high level of prolactin hormone in the blood, I will advise you to seek a doctor's advice on which medication could have been better- Bromocriptone or Carbergoline. These medications have proved useful for women with high level of prolactin though not all. You also discuss with him if other symptoms such as dizziness, headache, lightheadedness, blurriness to vision etc if at all you experience these.

I don't advice suppressing a uterine fibroid. You have come such a long way in seeking help to your TTC,it would not be any use in trying to maintain a dry pace in helping yourself received of this burden. I will appreciate you do a better and a proper fibroid removing than suppressing it. One day you still seek a removal of it. So,why the delay?!

I'm so sorry about your marriage. I don't know anything about high prolactin, sorry about that. I have a cousin that's been TTC for 6yrs dealing with fibroid and hers reduced from 8cm to 4cm and it's still going down, can tell you the things she does, though it's a bit hard and stressful. Firstly, she started eating zero carb, she's on vitex, and she also blends green vegetables(celery, parsley, spinach, cabbage, bellpepper, beetroot etc) every morning. Then again, she's on some herbs, she takes the green vegetable blend in the morning and herbs at night. The herbs include dandelion root, redraspberry leaf, maca powder, milk thistle (capsulated), black cohosh and flax seeds. I was the one that bought them for her, that's y I remember their names. She's not there yet but it's actually working for her. I hope this helps.

If you want to put on weight , I am the person to ask as I am very accomplished in this area. grin

But seriously, the BMI guide is for the average person and in reality a BMI of 18.4 may be ok for you as individuals vary.

Was your periods regular at a body weight of 45kg?

There may be vitamins and food supplement that may help to regularize your periods, but I am not sure.

@Ivynwa,
Thanks for your kind words and encouragement smiley

My friend and I checked the broccoli treatment plan but people were adviced to stay away from spices while using it, can you help us point out the spices to watch out for??

Hahaha. My case is different.
I will not grow worse.
I cant presently afford that anyway and if I could, I will try surrogacy instead esp with past history of mcs. Thanks joo.

Surrogacy is great and is fast gaining ground in Nigeria. I know a few people who have had their children by surrogacy. If you would like to breastfeed your babies yourself, they can give you a prolactin injection to stimulate milk flow.

If you research, you'll find fertility clinics in Nigeria who provide surrogacy services.

Thank you, I'm a mom of 3 and recently I've been very interested in being a surrogate, want to know if its legal here and surrogates have legal backing.
Not along the line you'll be left to cater for someone else's child.

Long time people. Waoo waoo, however is everyone doing? Thanks Safe06 for the mention. Just wanted to check who mentioned me and saw you did. I really wish I can post like before and read updates. Hmmm.

I just want to encourage everyone waiting to make use of this waiting time well. Soon, you won't have time to sleep ooo just like me. I used to think 24 hours is to much for a day, no 24 hours is so small for a day. Rest well now, buy your baby stuffs now, do all do-ables now.

No matter the challenges, surely as God lives, they all will come to pass. No one will remain in the same position forever. People who used to be here 2012, 2013 , 2014 know me with high prolactin and low sperm count issues, now it's a thing of the past. God has blssed us with children. We have even stopped thinking of giving birth because we are happy and okay with the ones He has Blessed us with.

You may want to ask? How did we treate the low count, yes we tried all we could, I used so many drugs, eat veggies and fruits, Hubby also used this and that to boost his count, he even scheduled having one surgery to remove what was blocking sperm (have forgotten all those nonsense names of all diagnosis). Out of fear he refused and wanted icsi instead.

While we were planning icsi and travelling for it God did the did it. Now, it's all in the past, I can't even remember all those pains anymore. One sincere prayer I used to pray then was, Lord please remember you don't work with multitudes, you need very little to work with, Lord use my husband's little sperm to do wonders. All the drugs he used never changed anything, but God heard us.

Someone here will soon forget her ugly experiences and stories. Someone will soon praise and sing aloud of God's faithfulness.

Just keep calm, your time is now.
