Then you sell it for 20 million, because you didn't plan for hazards that come along with property acquisition.

Have you ever bought a land and then later found out that some part of the land is slanted or it's prone to erosion, then you have to strengthen the foundation, and you'll end up spending almost half the purchase price on it.

That's why wise sensible people wait till they're thrice as capable before purchasing any property because of hazards associated with it.
