It can never be God's will, the bible says for this purpose the son of God was manisfested that He might destroy the works of the Devil. Which purposes? For the above purpose. God didnt kill your mother the Devil did! There are some lessons ( though not palatable)
1. Everyone dies even babies in the womb (called miscarriage)
2. No one knows when or how it will happen
3. The dead in Christ have celebrated their homecoming. They have simply returned home. We are all strangers to spend a tiny fraction of our existence here on earth.
4. The dead in Christ should be envied. They are resting from their labour, pain, unmet desires and want. Completely fulfilled

5. Those of us left on earth should learn from this and so begin to layup our treasures in heaven.
6. In spite of the pain of loss, life continues
7. The world is a big school of experience and examinations
8. Beloved children of God also die from illnesses eg Elisha

Is it Gods plan or will?
NO!
But is God aware of it?
YES!

no, you can't always carry someone else with your faith! after a while God will want the person involved to use Her own faith to get well. after all the bible said each of us has been given the same measure of faith. i can easily use my faith if my wife is still young in the spirit to help her receive healing but after a while my faith will no longer work, why, cuz at that time she ought to have grown in the spirit to begin using her faith not just for her self but for other people. i know of a very great man of faith who lost his dear wife to sickness, his faith was strong while she was stil a baby Christian he could ask God forher healing and God would do it, but then he later discovered that his faith was no longer working for her healing after many many years becuz at a certain stage God would require a level of personal faith. you can't always ride on people's faith. at this stage, over more than 30yrs being a xtain who ought to havr grown in faith for her own personal healing, the pastor in questions cannot always carry herwit his own faith.

All these one na just una usual excuses, so now Kumuyi's wife was low in faith. If you're sick go to the hospital, science has made it possible for you to get "healing" there. Believing that people with cancer get healed by "faith" is a 19th century belief, I don't expect it from someone in the 21st century.

I'm sorry for your loss. Your mum's cancer may have been diagnosed in its later stages, God's will or plan has nothing to do with it. If it's a new type or form, hopefully medical scientists would get to work and in a few years, people won't have to die again. Peace.

there is always a man of God somewhere that could have reverse it but, frankly speaking many believers faith has been killed due to some constant abominable things done by some of these wolf under sheep clothing that tag themselves pastors / man of God.
For any problem to be reverse through prayer, the person that needs the prayer must believe first, but how can they now believe when all they see almost everyday, is pastor kill someone, pastor paid someone to perform miracle, pastor caught with fettish things, pastor impregnate someone, pastor committed adultery
Pastor caught with hard drug, pastor duped someone.

Reading or seeing things like the mentioned have killed people's faith,
many has stopped going to church, many have stopped praying to God for help so it gives the devil more room to devour people in one way or the other, many now see the name pastor or man of God as a Registered business name.
i followed someone to her sisters church for child's dedication
and she refused to close her eyes during prayer session i asked her why and she said cos she does not trust all these pastors,
