Frankrobbn1: Good day Frank, please I need some insight, After paying the full tuition fees and making available up to N3.4m in the student personal naira account to take care of the accomodation/feeding/flight ticket as read in the rejection file. My question is does the balance in the sponsor account still matter as the balance is reading like 100k.But note that the sponsor still has up to 10m worth treasury bill. What is risk in leaving the account like that or should the sponsor still terminate part of the treasury bill and like how much can the sponsor leave in his own account? Awaiting your response. Thank you. 1 Like |

Biakwa:What is the sponsor's source of income? It's important you show that. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Biakwa: 7:21pm On Mar 18, 2018 |
mcobex: He has been a banker since 2009,so savings over the years. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Nobody: 7:55pm On Mar 18, 2018 |
Biakwa: Let your sponsor submit the TB certificate as well as his SOA that has 100k. Take note of your sponsor's dependents. That should be explained in his sponsorship letter and the amount he is willing to give you again for the remaining part of your study Best of luck. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by mcobex: 8:06pm On Mar 18, 2018 |
Biakwa:He will need to show something that he does at the moment to rake in cash so he can take care of himself, his dependants (if he has any) and also be able to pay the tuition and living expenses of the second year (that's of its not a 1 year programme). The balance in his account doesn't have to be much if he has ways of making enough cash and he can prove it (job, business/investment. .....) |

POE was fine. As long as you have your documents which you submitted, you should have no problem. Declare whatever you have that is stated. Fines are stiff. My classes started 3 weeks ago. croyance: |

Slik07: Thank you Slik, But the program is one year and he has paid full payment for the tuition, now will it be better he reduces part of the TB into the sponsor account(like 2m into the sponsor account) for the dependants two little children (3 years old and 1 year old)the 3 years also has 150k fixed deposit in her name Expecting your response. |

olugere: Hi, Deed of agreement takes a very long time. The document is signed by the Seller, buyer, witness and a judge. Certificate of Occupancy is expensive and it takes a very long time too. You can notarise a document by taking it to a notary person ( some lawyers are notary person, not all lawyers are notary perrson) or a notary public (court). Best wishes. 3 Likes |

ogirl1: Hello, I would like to ask two questions. I would appreciate your response. Were you asked to show your sponsor's statement of account and your personal statement of account? About your comment on Air Canada, Do you mean its not save to board during this winter period? Thanks. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Nobody: 10:53pm On Mar 18, 2018 |
Biakwa: No. He doesnt have to reduce it. Let him submit everything: TB cert of 10m, SOA for the 100k & FD for the 150k. Let this be explained in his sponsorship letter and your SOP. Dont forget to include that he has paid your tuition and transferred your living expenses. He can also get a reference letter from the bank to show how much he earns per annum. You are good to go bro. Worry not about POF but a convincing story on the 1 year program (purpose of visit). Best of luck. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by mcobex: 11:10pm On Mar 18, 2018 |
Biakwa:Then you shouldn't have any problem. Just let him submit his employment letter, ID, payslip, and should also state in his letter of support the number of his dependants (their classes) and soa (plus the TB) |

Good morning everyone, Thank you to all the ogas in the house and everybody that contributes and helps newbies like me. Hopefully one day, i will give back to this community and thread. To my question, I will start my TRV by april but my major challenge is sponsor. Luckily, my pastor accepted that the church will write sponsorship letter and also give me statment of account but i will be the one to pay the tuition fees. Please what documents can the church give me for sponsorship. I appreciate all input. Thank you. |
