Oga are you sure you chose the one with Jumia express? It's still one day delivery in Lagos and ₦41490. I think you are not doing it right. As for your wasted coupon, I can give you a 2k coupon you can use to complete the transaction.

I did not use any coupon or voucher...but some of their coupons or vouchers have time limit and you will have to purchase items up to a particular amount before you are able to enjoy some. I tried using the app the day I bought too but it didn't respond early enough so I used the my normal browser and it went.. .. As for the duration, I ordered on March 20th and what I see in the delivery info page now is that it will arrive Lagos on the 27th of March. That should be about 5-7working days.. Not bad if you ask me. I think the issue with yours will not be unconnected with the fact the flash sale time for that particular item was already gone.

The voucher here is for order of 50k and above and was to be used between 01-02.
