The child of a lion is a lion.
The child of a human is human.

The child of God is God.

How many times are we going to say this?

Jesus is the manifestation of God in the Physical.

He referred to the Unseen, Invincible and Almighty God .

He is HIS physical form. He is God.

I understand it so easily. Without stress, without bias, without an iota of doubt.

Why they don't see it as I do beats my imagination.

The holy Spirit helps in this case. If you don't have him, you will never understand Spiritual things.

Jesus said,. I have a lot of things to tell you.but you can't bear them now

. When the Spirit comes, he will guide you in all truth and teach you. He said this to his disciples.

I guess that's why something that is this clear is still vague to a lot of people.

Foolishness is the gospel to the thinkers.according to the scriptures.

I cannot help you or anyone else beyond this.

Everyone just keep opening threads upon threads on the same subject matter.

If you don't understand,

I pray that God will give you understanding.

But he's also god na and has all the powers, just like the one up in heaven... Why was he now crying to the one in heaven for help, when he could've just decide to change his mind and save himself

Make these guys nor make person run mad one day oh!
One god just made himself two and one came to earth in form of a human, but started asking "himself" back in heaven, why he forgot "himself" on earth again... When he was the one who sent himself to earth in the first place.

Was Jesus started to exist on earth or He existed in heaven before He came to earth?

Was Jesus appointed heir of anything while in heaven or only when He was on earth?

This is the problem you people have with the scripture, inability to distinguish when Bible is talking about The Word of God (Jesus) in heaven and His mission on earth which He achieved through Human nature.

This is how you people always twist the scripture.

Jesus didn't say He 'RECEIVED GLORY' but He 'HAD/SHARED GLORY' with the Father BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN

NOTE: This thing happened even before the WORLD began!

How can a being shared glory with God if the being isn't God?

//Was Jesus started to exist on earth or He existed in heaven before He came to earth?//

Do you know when? I know. But do you?
Do you know when your god was appointed heir to all things?
That should give you a flash.

I'm not twisting anything. Jesus asked the father to glorify him with the glory he had with him before the world began. This is glory in prospect and that's the coherent way to understand it. Then moving a couple of verses forward he clearly said:

John 17:22
[22]And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

Which glory was he given and which one did he give them?

What type of saviours wr they? Saviours from sin or from the general dangers and pitfalls of life? That they were so named or so described did not mean they were not not same capacity with Jesus, as shown in Acts 4:12.

They're saviours and that's what matters. I'm not comparing them with Jesus. I'm simply pointing out the error in employing that line of reasoning.

Accounts of people raised from the dead:

1. Elijah raised the son of the Zarephath widow from the dead (1 Kings 17:17-22 ).

2. Elisha raised the son of the Shunammite woman from the dead ( 2 Kings 4:32-35 ).

3. A man was raised from the dead when his body touched Elisha’s bones (2 Kings 13:20, 21).

so what are your conclusion or does raised up the dead means one is god.

Far from that. Jesus raising Lazarus doesn't make him God more than it makes others who raised people from the dead God too.

Acts 2:22 says it all.

"No one comes to the Father except through me"

So, who is the Father? And who is the "me". Human being are too canal in their thinking. God understand our foolishness and shallowness. So, many people are at liberty to believe whatever they want. To me God is God, and Jesus is Jesus. But Jesus is a part of God.

It is common these days to see people posing a question to Christians on social media and even in debates with the question always in one same manner. The question usually comes from Atheists, Jews, Muslims and even heretic Christians. They wonder why we see Jesus as God and worship him.

So they ask "Show me Where Jesus said "I am God worship me?" in those exact words.

You might become confused at this moment if you are not smart. Yes, you know you can't find anywhere in the Bible where Jesus said such in those exact words, so you might be quick to quote some classical verses that show Jesus Christ is God.

Well, the person asking that question has been trained in such a way that no matter the amount of verses you quote, he won't believe you unless you show him where Jesus said "I am God worship me" in those exact words. Now he has boxed you in the "exact words" corner. The only way you can get out is to pull him into the corner to make him see how stupid it is dealing with exact words. I bet you, he will be the one to open the door for the both of you to leave the corner once he realises how stupid it is. How do you do that? You flip the question back at him. You say...

"I'll be willing to show where Jesus said 'I am God worship me' in those exact words only if you can show me where he said 'I am only a prophet, do not worship me' in those exact same words. At that moment, he will start to realise the error of requesting for exact same words. To stamp it on him, if he's a Muslim that believes according to the Quran that Jesus was born of a virgin, then ask him to show you in the Quran or Bible where Jesus said "I am born of a virgin" in those exact same words. If he can't, then it means his belief that Jesus was born of a virgin is false.

The idea behind the above is to ensure you are not dealing with exact words. If the Jew, atheist, Muslim or heretic Christian can't show you anywhere in the Bible or Quran or any book where Jesus said these exact words "I am only a prophet, do not worship me" or "I am born of a virgin", then it means he shouldn't require of you to show him where Jesus said the exact same words "I am God worship me".

Once you have passed that, you can now ask a more reasonable question.

WHERE AND HOW DID JESUS CLAIM TO BE GOD?

According to the Jews, Christians and Muslims, there are certain claims only God can make. All 3 religious beliefs hold the same view about God in that regard. That is why I am going to use the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Quran to see if Jesus made claims that only God can make.

1. Who is the "First and the Last"?

Let's start by quoting the Quran

Sura 57:3
He is the FIRST and the LAST, and the Outward (His signs appear on all His creatures) and the Inward (Hidden). And He is the All-Knower of everything.

Now let's read from the Old Testament

Isaiah 44:6
New International Version
"This is what the LORD says-- Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty: I am the FIRST and I am the LAST; apart from me there is no God.

Since both the Quran and the Bible agree that God is the First and the Last, should a prophet refer to himself as such? But that is what Jesus Christ did in the verse below.

Revelations 1:17-18
When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the FIRST and the LAST. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.

Can you tell us what Jesus meant when he took a title that can only be applied to God and applied it to himself? If he wasn't claiming to be God, then what was he doing?

With all due respect, your argument is very weak. You're cherry picking verses or part of a verse from the Quran or the old testament to substantiate your flawed claim.

Sura 57:3
He is the FIRST and the LAST, and the Outward (His signs appear on all His creatures) and the Inward (Hidden). And He is the All-Knower of everything.

Why did ignore the part that said "And He is the All-knower of everything "? Both the holy spirit and Jesus (saw) are not All-knower they where both actually ignorant of the last hour.

Bible Mark 13:32 ►
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

The Bible says that Jesus is subordinate to God
‘Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.’ (1 Corinthians 11:3)

Bible says that God is not man
‘God is not a man’ (Numbers 23:19)
‘For I am God, and not man’ (Hosea 11:9)

But Jesus is called a man many times in the Bible
‘a man who has told you the truth’ (John 8:40)
'He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed’ (Acts 17:31)
‘the man Christ Jesus’ (Tim. 2:5)

You also made a claim that Jesus was able to forgive sins and perform many miracles so he must be God.
But the The Bible says that Jesus could not do anything by himself
‘I can of mine own self do nothing.’ (John 5:30)
‘The son can do nothing by himself; he can only do what he sees his Father doing.’ (John 5:19).
‘All power is given unto me.’ (Matt 28:18)
God is all-powerful, no one gives God His powers, otherwise He would not be God because He would be weak.  Therefore, Jesus could not be God.

The Bible says that Jesus was God’s servant
‘Behold, My servant, whom I have chosen, in whom My soul is well pleased.’ (Matt 12:18) Since Jesus is God’s servant, Jesus can not be God.

Finally you said that Jesus died, but God cannot die
The Bible teaches that Jesus died. God cannot die. Romans 1:23 and other verses say that God is immortal. Immortal means, ‘not subject to death.’ This term applies only to God.

Since you don't know Jesus preexisted His earthly mission, then it shows the level you can go to twist the scripture including those one you're quoting.

I Saw In The Night Visions, And, Behold, One Like The Son Of Man (Jesus Christ) Came With The Clouds Of Heaven, And Came To The Ancient Of Days (God Almighty Father, Yahweh), And They Brought Him Near Before Him. (Daniel 7: 13)

Jesus Said Unto Them, If God Were Your Father, Ye Would Love Me: For I proceeded Forth And Came From God (Yahweh); Neither Came I Of Myself, But He Sent Me. (John 8: 42)
How Come Trinitarians Are Preaching Three Gods With Equal Powers And Strength When The Bible Never Said So. What Do You Believe? Bible Never Calls Jesus As God Almighty But Calls Him Only Begotten Son Of God Who Is Subservient To God Almighty And Was Sent By God To Redeem All Mankind To God Almighty By The Shedding Of His Precious Blood As Instructed By The Ancient Of Days.

God had to prove to him that his servant love him so much, he took a risk to put his trust on Job never to fail him. That is a test from the devil to God, the devil knew God will still restore Job even if he falls but he might have succeeded in mocking God and making him feel disappointed, ever imagined if Job had failed? but thank God Job did not. Jesus Christ is God's son not God himself. John 3:16 said God sent his son to die for us...his son being Jesus. Also when Jesus got baptized a voice(God's voice) came from heaven saying "this is my son...."Mathew 3:17

THE BEST ANSWER ACCORDING TO QURAN:
READ THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION IF YOU CANNOT READ ARABIC

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 42:

And when the angels said: O Marium! surely Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the world.
(English - Shakir)

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 43:

O Marium! keep to obedience to your Lord and humble yourself, and bow down with those who bow.
(English - Shakir)

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 44:

This is of the announcements relating to the unseen which We reveal to you; and you were not with them when they cast their pens (to decide) which of them should have Marium in his charge, and you were not with them when they contended one with another.
(English - Shakir)

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 45:

When the angels said: O Marium, surely Allah gives you good news with a Word from Him (of one) whose name is the '. Messiah, Isa son of Marium, worthy of regard in this world and the hereafter and of those who are made near (to Allah).
(English - Shakir)

She said: My Lord! when shall there be a son (born) to I me, and man has not touched me? He said: Even so, Allah creates what He pleases; when He has decreed a matter, He only says to it, Be, and it is.
(English - Shakir)

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 48:

And He will teach him the Book and the wisdom and the Tavrat and the Injeel.

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 49:

And (make him) an apostle to the children of Israel: That I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, that I determine for you out of dust like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird with Allah's permission and I heal the blind and the leprous, and bring the dead to life with Allah's permission and I inform you of what you should eat and what you should store in your houses; most surely there is a sign in this for you, if you are believers.

Surely the likeness of Isa is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was.

sweetjohn:
The devil tempted accused Job before the very presence of God without fear. He and God had an argument on Job loyalty, He tempted not just Job but also God. Satan that engaged almighty God in battle in heaven, can do anything bro. There is one thing you should know he (Satan) can do anything to God and his servant but he can never win, this is a promise
Dude that is not tempting God!!! what is tempt
(transitive) To provoke someone to do wrong, especially by promising a reward; to entice.

so if satan is trying to turn job to evil, and God is trying to keep job Good, where is the temptation

from the definition of tempt
satan cannot entice God to do wrong u hear!!!!
satan can only entice man

abi let me ask you, can satan entice God or a part of God to do wrong.

if your answer is yes, dat means d human nature of jesus supersedes his divine nature. Dazz d meaning!!!

Now what do u have to say to that?

Good point. I think the problem with argument these days is because people refuse to accurately define the words they use.

Saying God being manifest through a burning bush implies he had to be physically appear there is a limitation on his power.

Like your analogy above he can simply choose to talk through the burning bush while in heaven.
Exactly

This is the reason prophet Elijah told them to call their god, while he will call his own God,we all know what happened.i can't remember the name of muhamed doing wonders, let me shock you,the name of God can not do anything except the name of Jesus.

you must be an illiterate to think you can justify Bible verses by quoting Qur'an

Quran see Jesus as messenger, no more no less. But the Bible interpretation was deeper

do you believe that Jesus is the son of God. that would help me answer your question better
How do you want me to believe in your abracadabra? Jesus the God, Jesus the son of God and holy spirit. You are a set of confused people. The same Christian writer claimed here that Jesus is God, now you have come again here to proclaim Jesus as son of God. Are you people confused?

Whenever we call unto him He answers.

It is You(Allah) we worship, and upon You (Allah)we call for help.

This thread just increased my Iman (faith), Allahu Akbar... God is the greatest, there is no other God except Allah, believe it or not...I believe someone has edited and manipulated the Bible right from the early days, because how can Jesus says he's not God that he worships his creator and at the same time claims he's his own God? Don't you think something is wrong with their so called Jesus? Because the way Muslims sees Jesus in the Quran is way more different seriously I'd send this thread link to a pastor in my area, maybe they'll stop dancing, clapping and shouting in the neighborhood every night. Imagine dancing and clapping to God, I believe it's because of this 2 things most people love going to church lol it's true, most people join Christianity because they believe worshipping God in mosque 5 times a day is hard, but mehn clapping and dancing is easy now lol. They don't even cleanse themselves up before entering their place of worship, very bad. Muslims are always neat before God because God loves neatness, being dirty and shouting clapping only blocks prayers before God. Even if you shout from now till tomorrow doesn't mean your prayers will be answered, doing it quietly does the trick, you'd never find a Muslim in mosque shout all of a sudden ontop of his/her voice that ALLAH PLSSS HELPP MEEEEE!

In Islam we pray quietly, because Allah loves it quiet when you pray in a quiet and loving way, but in church you'd find pastor shouting IN THE NAAAAME OF JEEEESUS!! like someone that wants to deficit, imagine they didn't even say IN THE NAME OF GOD,
But chaii these Christians are worshipping prophet of God due to their ignorance, thinking he's Almighty God now all the pastors in these thread have kept mute, even the Bible is against them, imagine!

The child of a lion is a lion.

The child of a human is human.

The child of God is God.

How many times are we going to say this?

Jesus is the manifestation of God in the Physical.

He referred to the Unseen, Invincible and Almighty God .

He is HIS physical form. He is God.

I pray that God will give you understanding.

fine the child of human is human
you're the child of your father so you are your father...you should be able to go into the bedroom and make babies with your momma...after all you are your father.
ODE OMO!
it obvious you are the one who needs understanding.

I don't think you understand what I meant by God making Himself manifest in flesh.

To make you understand, I'll have to flip the question back at you.

Who was ruling the universe when God entered the burning bush to speak to Moses?

If you can't answer the question then it means you don't know how powerful the creator of heaven and earth is.

God do not have to leave his throne to speak to any one in anyway. Is like u saying how we hear Buhari speak to Nigerians why is still our president. God speak but has no mouth n hear with no ear that is why he his d alpher and omega

Read Exodus 23 V 20 and then you will understand who Jesus is. He was the God of Israel that ate with the 70 elders of Israel. He was the Angel of the Lord that appeared to Moses, that appeared to Gideon, that appeared to Samson's mother. He was the Son of man that was brought before the Ancient of days. The Lord that came to Abraham's house and walked along with him on the road to Sodom. It thas been stated in the both Testaments that no one has seen God at any time. Moses and Jesus confirmed it. The Bible records in Exo 33 that the Lord spoke to Moses as a man speaks to his friend and in that same chapter Moses was told that he cannot see the face of God and live. Jesus was the Angel of the Lord that blessed Abraham when he did not sacrifice Isaac, that appeared to Hagar, that appeared to Daniel that Daniel felt himself too corrupt to stand in his presence, that appeared as the Captain of the host to Joshua, that was a pillar of fire and cloud to the Israelites, that claimed that all authority has been given to him and that told his disciples that he was going to his God and our God and in conclusion Paul told us that all things was given to him, that means that there is someone who is exempted from Jesus dominion, and that is God who is all in all. In the new testament, he was the Lord and in all the epistles of Paul, that was the salutations of Paul and he went far in Ephesians 3 when he thanked the God of our Lord Jesus Christ. Every tongue that confessed that Jesus Christ is Lord shall be saved.
