Toh.. Go claim. I have got mine since March 13 and 23. Write ur complaint letter to explain why u used a Canadian address but u are in Nigeria, a Nigerian and never been to Canada. This is because the final mail before crediting ur account comes with the used mailing address. So go clarify things. You still don't like my answer and the speed.. It is all for free for now,

If you had carefully read dat, u will notice in that scenario that the reference letter was backed with a statement of account reflecting monthly salary payment of the person in question.

Well, in my defence they never made it compulsory to use the mailing address of one's country of residence plus I get to save more using the foreign one so I gave it a shot. Thanks for the idea of the letter even though it came in form of a jab but I think I might pass on this one and look forward to PPR.

If you’ve been on CIC’s website you’ll see that payslips are not mandatory. Ergo, editing that letter to suit your circumstance will work just fine.
