Kindly recall our communication of 22 March 2018 informing the market of the temporary suspension of trading in the shares of UNIC Diversified Holdings Plc (UNIC) due to an observed trading anomaly. Please be informed that the suspension was lifted effective 3 April 2018.
In addition, we have placed a minimum price floor of N0.20K on all Category C Band securities. Thus, the prices of all securities that are in this Category will not fall below N0.20k. Prior to the 22 March suspension, UNIC was priced at N0.18k. In line with the new Category C Band floor, UNIC's price was adjusted to N0.20K at the time the suspension was lifted.

It seems the software used by the exchange has a lot of difficulty calculating 5% of equities below 20k, which could be in fractions (e.g. how are they going to apply 5% of 19k = 0.0095k). So, they may have just used diplomacy to limit equities to the 20k range till they resolve their next line of action.
