Yes, it has been down for 2 days now simply because Alhaji gave the market a slap in form of dividend, it would have been better if he retained all the earnings than the 20k dividend. Nevertheless, eyes are on the stock and it may likely rebound if it touches N12 as people are waiting to pounce on it at that price, yours truly inclusive.

Though busy on other matters but am very much around my dear.
The pullback is of a general market trend, and not just about DF. ...nearly 80% of quoted coys have shed some weight since yesterday.
On the part in bold, I'd say YES of course I sure would enjoy my sleep with both eyes closed as always. wink cheesy grin

DF and DS constitute a part of my investment portfolio (not my trading portfolio). ...and in all honesty, I find them very worthy to be there, at least in the short to mid term !!
They are very much in line with the set out strategy of my investment portfolio.

Btw, who am I to fight with Mr Market. ...am just an unusual small investor. wink cheesy grin
But when the time comes, we would know if indeed we had danced to the footsteps of Mr TIME.

You sound a bit subdued today....

Commendable perspective. I wonder how this stock attracts a SELL recommendation from STANBIC IBTC with target price of N7.

Kindly recall our communication of 22 March 2018 informing the market of the temporary suspension of trading in the shares of UNIC Diversified Holdings Plc (UNIC) due to an observed trading anomaly. Please be informed that the suspension was lifted effective 3 April 2018.
In addition, we have placed a minimum price floor of N0.20K on all Category C Band securities. Thus, the prices of all securities that are in this Category will not fall below N0.20k. Prior to the 22 March suspension, UNIC was priced at N0.18k. In line with the new Category C Band floor, UNIC's price was adjusted to N0.20K at the time the suspension was lifted.
The foregoing is for your information. Additional communication will follow as appropriate.
Please be guided accordingly.

Does this not negate the 1k rule. Why will they peg the share from dropping below 20K....This NSE sef.... e tire me o

It should be expected. The offer was over subscribed. Is it all that was refunded or was it prorated?

To the part in bold, Hear this my dear;
90% of the time, whenever u hear those 'broker prophecies' screaming for or against an action, then just get ready to allign urself with the opposite !! ...because 99% of the time, its a strategy to BUY at a cheap from u or SELL at a premium to u.
...so try to always be smart enough and know when to allign urself to BUY when u hear screams of a sell, and to SELL when u hear shouts of a buy.

It's part of the core rules of 'knowing how to live in the NSE room'. wink cheesy grin

Where is @onegentleguy with all his SMOOTH talk on DF. The stock showed a different game today which confirms Mr Market and Mr Time is really nobody's friend and totally unpredictable. @ONEGENTLEGUY hope you can still sleep gentle tonight. Your smooth talk definitely a delight, #BUTNOONEKNOWS

Why call out @onegentleguy for giving his unbiased opinion on a stock. I think you need to apologize to him for this unnecessary attack on his person... You must be a rookie in this business for this kind of childish post if not you should know that stocks fluctuate and do not move in a staright line. The fact that DF is falling does not mean it can't and won't rise again. Besides, it is still a stock that holds a very promising future for the patient ones and if you don't have the patience because you have invested your house rent or whatever money in it, just sell it and move on...

For sure brokers are traditionally inclined to sway opinions and trading decisions to their benefit. Game of dog eat dog. Sound advice to take their recommendation with shovel of salt grin

Dont worry my dear Coolcash. ...am not angry at all.
It could be that he was merely trying to air out his thinking.
...but whether that was the case or not, I can not be angry over things like that.

For as long as we are all holding out to our investment strategy, let's allow Mr TIME the luxury of proving who made a mistake in the near future. wink cheesy grin

Thank u so much for looking out on me Sir Coolcash, but pls I wouldn't want this to be an issue between u two.
...let's all learn to manage each other.
It should always be ONE LOVE MY DEAR !!
