Presidency extends deadline in the absence of our obsolete president. Who again is the presidency? When this soon-to-be formal president returns that's if he will; he will claim he doesn't know when anything was extended or maybe he doesn't know what deadline means just like it was in the case of subsidy. Power Distribution is currently Run by the private sector and there have been so many laws put in place to ensure these people give us this light.
