Arsenal fans are something else. They made Xhaka do the same thing as well. More demanding than Real Madrid fans

Prior to that time, Joel is not our starter, use a competitive match for example. Nigeria vs cameroon

Nigeria Vs Cameroon, Onazi was the box to box midfielder while Ndidi was the DM.

Better than any midfielder in the epl top 6

KOvacic is another impressive player I have seen this season. I was in awe when I saw him play against Paris. Honestly, I have never taken notice of him till that day. The guy is absolute mustard.
He can easily develop into the best midfielder of his generation. According to opta stats, he's the best dribbler in Europe this season. The world cup will be interesting, thats for sure.

Haha recently?

I don't think you had joined this thread when TheGoodJoe and I argued about who was a better number 10 between Iwobi and Aluko.
Ehen well, my mistake then. They say he doesn't have the eye for a pass as in those long passes. But most people forget that before Mikel grew to being good at long passes he was a master of the short quick passes.
Iwobi is the natural heir to our midfield. I just don't know how they keep playing him from the wings. He is not a winger at all

That is what I call "experience over talent"

Even that Payet's goal sef was dope.... 3shots from the same angle in 5seconds and the keeper parries two.... and the 3rd went in?? Mehn, the final four teams have it really.

Sporting effed up.

They totally outplayed and outclassed Atletico. But respect The Diego at the sidelines, he knows how to defend die.

The Diego on the pitch is a demon too.

Iwobi closes his comments section on IG again!. SMH
To me, his development for the next level is for him and him alone, I expect that with all that footwork of his, he should have it at the back of his mind that the best footwork is packing R2 goals once in the box.

No doubt AFC fans are overreacting and are being stupid. They didn't see useless Wilshere all thru 90mins. Arsenal needed Iwobi for his speedy runs than Iwobi needed them. Winger knows that. His speed made the Cska to try set an offside trap that Elneny and Ramsey exploited finally.

If I were Iwobi, I would train extra 1hour just to know how to shoot at goal.

It would be an Insult if Bellerin gets that perfect before him.....

Players should emulate Pirlo and Pires now, extrahours of training that only makes you indispensable.

The very Isco that played against Nigeria u17 that year...?

Irony of years. See de Gea too. NFF too should help matters at least. Treat me as gods and egg until they rule the world. it only drags investment to them that way....

Yep Kovacic is a major baller. I've been harping on about Croatia midfield for a while now. Kovacic, Rakitic, Brozovic, Rog, Perisic, Pjaca, etc. We need to be on our A game.
Shows you just how good Madrid's midfield is that a player of his caliber is on the bench.

Yep. Honestly I've been very disappointed with him this season. I expected him to push on considering how well he played in pre season and the community shield vs Chelsea.
With the rumors of Golovin and maybe Forsberg coming in, he needs to really sit up.

Golovin will bench him straight up. But the guy can't dribble like him, and that team needs a dribbler. I saw the futile attempt of Ozil to try dribbling. what a joke.

He just did what would make Ozil not to be passing to him once he sees he is free.

I expect improvements soon. I wish we were still in the era where players were not social media friendly. Just the game week in week out. But merits and demerits abound.

That Golovin, might be an answer to set piece issues from the right side of the pitch.

Musa played well to me.... They played to his strength and I'm still very much skeptical that we the GWG have such a midfield that can't just be spontaneous and playvto the strength of the striker they have in front of goal.....

The tactic for Cska for 20mins was simply "all balls to Musa"

Has Aluko not had bad games this season? Never seen you criticize your preferred players.. it's not like they show quality consistently.

In actual fact his team Reading has been struggling to create the same level of performance as last season. They sacked thier Managers and have lost thier way.

Although Aluko has been a stand out consistent top player for Reading Fc. It has affected his rating you can't play for yourself alone it's still a team game.

His decision to leave Fulham was simply from a football perspective shambolic. However, from a financial perspective from a player who is 29 he pocketed a near £1million so he is laffing all the way to the bank.

But Fulham seem to be on thier way to the EPL after a long absence. But no worries there will be a number of Nigerian origin players in the EPL if they make it including a Nigerian striker.

Aluko has not been the topic of general discussion here. Reading are not in the Europe. So not too much too talk about. I use go to Fulham games a lot and still do in my opinion they have one of the best football academies in England. Reading Fc on the odd occasion.

Leipzig is a good team. Have been hugely impressed by them and their manager Hasenhutl who I think is primed to take a big job like Bayern, Dortmund or even Arsenal big in the nearest future.

Ox at Arsenal was terribly poor and inconsistent... Or is another Ox, we are talking about? Ox had been at Arsenal for a much longer time and did not show the improvement necessary. Like Henry said, he could not point out one good thing Ox did well at his time in Arsenal. His transfer had to do more with his potential than his actual results.

The same holds for Iwobi, Iwobi needs to work on his finishing no doubt.. When i say haters, i mean people who ignore all the good he does in a game and pick on that one mistake.

Iwobi has a lot of great qualities and would thrive under a better manager, who can help him work on his weaknesses. Wenger does not do that so players do not usually get to that next level.

Players careers have been made and destroyed by managers.

You imply Wenger is not a good manager in my opinion he is one of the best. He has taken nobody's and made them into some of the best players in the World.

Consider where Thiery Henry, Vieira, Sylvino, Fabregas, Kolo Toure, Eboue, Lauren, Adebayor, Bellerin, Anelka, he then made Bergkamp and Kanu into what they are today. This just a few there are just too many to mention.

You should apologise to the house for saying that Wenger is a bad manager and coach because that's what you have implied.

I stand to be corrected but Wenger has done more for African footballers than any other Manager in the history of the EPL.

Wenger suppose get Chieftancy title from Nigeria.

Why is he a flop, facts figures and present your position coherently without emotional ramblings.

He is on loan from Everton and Leipzig will not show loyalty as is normal to any loan player.

He is a winger played 5 games 1 goal has been influential when he played and you call him a flop.

That's not very well though out, I would say.

Yep. He's also very versatile. Can play as a 6, 8 and 10.
Rumors are going round that Madrid might sell either him or Isco to fund their next galactico move. He's exactly what Arsenal needs at the moment in midfield.

He's good outwide. He's an inverted winger. He plays well when he has a fluid number 10 that can swap positions with him throughout the game like Ozil does. Unfortunately he won't get that will Mikel playing. He's our source of creativity out wide
