Teta is angule turn by the body in circular motion...angular velocity is the angle turn through per second...unit is radian per second...rads^-1...but for one complete oscillation,the body turn one revolution...teta is then = 2π and t is now the period "T".. So w= 2π/T...1/T =f..w=2πf..shm,we talk of
"w" as angular frequency..is revs^-1( rev per second)..we don't talk abt it has angle turn..we talk abt is has frequency of body oscillating...there is no really any diffence BTW angular velocity and angular freqhency just a change of name..the unit is also rads^-1
