And you can ask the same question about Calum Chambers as well ... how in the world does this guy always starts ahead of Maitland-Niles?

All in all, my biggest angst in Arsenal goes to Mesut Ozil. For the money he's making, he's supposed to give you a 110% each match, but he rarely ever gives more than 75%. That's why he decided to stay at Arsenal because he knows that he ain't gonna get away with that BS most other coaches.

Say what you want about Ozil, he's been one of the best players in a very horrible season (after Ramsey). Mkhitaryan has been putting in decent numbers despite not impressing too much.
