OK seen. That usually happens if you download a nightly update through OTA and it failed. And you later download manually and attempt to flash through recovery. I once solved it on note 5a by factory reset and updating through recovery afterwards. But that's too extreme. Copy the file to a safe place and wait for the public release. Or connect to a strong Wifi and try again

track it in the nipost site, and if you see attempted delivery unsuccesful..then go with a good id..drivers license or intl passport to the post office, quote the tracking nuber and collect ur item.

It has to get to the post office in your locality before they call you. Track it as suggested
