It was dark and there were corpers everywhere vexing about how this soldier guys won't allow us chill abit more, so some of them were holding long sticks and were moving close to us, shouting better go back to your hostels before we descend on you people.
They moved closer and everywhere scattered everyone started running not to their hostels but they were just hanging around, if the soldiers were coming this way we would make way and run to the other side, it was becoming fun for us but it was really getting them angry.
So it continued and while all this was going on, the only thing in my mind was continuing the kiss wit Lara, so I held her hands and we ran to the back of a building and started kissing it felt like the world was on pause mode, we were both enjoying every inch of our tongues sucking and biting each other's lips. I didn't know that more soldiers have arrived before I knew it, I was hit on the head with a big stick by a very angry soldier guy, immediately we broke off the kiss before he could raise the stick to hit me again I held Lara's hands and we took off.

When we got away from the soldier guy and ran out to where people were, the whole place was crazy corpers not wanting to go to bed, most were being stubborn and still hanging around, instead of us to bid ourselves good night, but no we couldn't cuz the vibe was just crazy, we went to the back of another building again and continued kissing, and this time around it was nasty, I didn't know she was such a good kisser, she blew me away like a nylon bag flying in the wind without control. We knew what we were doing was wrong based on the soldiers chasing but it felt so damn right, so damn good. We were still there feeling ourselves when a guy that was running past our direction saw us and shouted they are coming oooh you guyz are still here, that moment I knew we had to leave immediately to our separate hostels before we get caught. So I told her to run off while I watched till it was safe to go too.

That night was so sweet and crazy I got to my hostel and the joy i felt can be compared to when you win an American lottery, it was all up in my face, my body movement was pitchy and immediately kizzo saw my face he just smiled and said mitch wetin you don go do with Lara? I just looked at him smiled and said if you know you know, I layed on my bed with a huge smile on my face reminiscing about the entire night and it was lit.

Before I slept off I had a little chat with the guyz about how tomorrow will be our last night in camp, it was a mixed feeling for us in such a way that camp has its good sides and it's stressful sides too. The good side is when you are with the right set of people who are matured and understanding, who think alike with you, who are not stingy to wait for you to spend for them all the time nd not drop a penny to contribute. It's the people that makes a place not the other way around, some guyz in that camp could not wait to leave the place because of the wrong set of people dey move with, camp became tirring for them but not me.
My first day in camp determined the 3weeks I spent in camp, how? Listen me and kizzo met on a whatsapp group that was created for delta corpers and funny enough we came to know that we both stay in Lagos, the crazy part was that we were even staying in the same street, so that alone was all it took for us to bond the first time we met.
That morning we both went to the park together and that was how we met William the third musketeer that complited the group. 3 Lagos guys that are going to shake delta down, they must know that we are omo Eko lol. We bonded immediately and the journey to delta state wasn't dat bad, when we finally got to camp and got our bed space close to each other, we set out to do the normal registration. That was how I met my iya Me and kizzo was just standing in the hall thinking of how to go through with the registration that was when I saw her standing like a newly irrected building damn, I said kizzo check out that lady standing there kizzo saw her and was wowed I said I must talk to her today. That was how me and Lara started, sometimes i wonder how it would have been if I didn't approached her dat day.
So like I was saying the friends I made in camp made my camp experience 10/10, Lara became very close to kizzo and William so the 4 of us was known in camp, always walking together, hanging out in the Mami everyday was something I looked farward to.
So the fact that tomorrow night will be our last night in camp we the guyz decided to make it a night we will never forget in a hurry, we started planning on how to make sure everything was going to be at its best. We concluded by past 12am before we slept. Next day was crazy I kid you not...

I just wanted to say thank you guys for not giving up on this thread, it wasn't really easy but your comments were very helpful to me even when i felt like stopping, you guys kept me going. For the first time in camp I woke up earlier than usual despite the fact that i slept late, but I understand why. It's because dat day would be the last day for us in camp, the next morning everyone is leaving isseluku except for those that will be posted here. So I checked the time and it was 2:36am i looked at kizzo and he's still enjoying his sleep, William too so i laid down back on the bed just to think abit.
I thought about the first day we entered camp, how filled up and crazy it was for everyone, everything you want to do is queueing, how we don't have enough hours to sleep, how the electricity is poor, how the soldiers are brutal, how the annoying nysc officials will waste your time just to sigh one nasty form like dat, how we wake up before 3am and take our bath and walk down to the parade ground to stand till 7am, the list is endless. At first it was so stupid and annoying but a week after we were getting used to it, 2weeks later it was like they gave birth to us in that camp, we became used to everything, queueing for hours is like just standing five minutes to us, waking up early is like someone waking you up with breakfast on the bed lol, that same camp we were complaining about in the beginning is now a place of fun, I met so many types of people, the good, bad and ugly.
I met some dope guyz that are cool to hang out with, guys with enough things in their heads that will even make you think you know nothing... Then the girls.... The girls in camp are fricking Nasty like crazy, let me give you a run down of how it is with some camp girls.
From the first day in camp you see them forming miss independent as if they don't need anyone or anything from you, they will just be minding their business doing their registration and shii, second day when they must have gotten their hostel and settled down a lil, you see them in Mami in the most expensive restaurants, eating and doing as if the food is not even up to their taste, you see them with table water forming as if it was imported. 4th day into camp you now see them in groups of 3 and 4 forming friends, walking together all the time time and once guyz start making moves and passes to them, they will use you shine like crazy except u are on ur game. Flash forward to 2weeks into camp when they have started running low on cash, firstly they descend from their high horses by eating at the lower level restaurant and guess what they no longer take bottle water but pure water, those same guyz that they were forming miss independent from, they will use style nd track you down and the next thing you hear is... Hey Steve wats up naw, you have forgotten about me abi, it's not fair oo you can't even call someone sef... If it's a normal guy he might feel stupidly guilty nd starts to apologize but if it's me just watch out.

Her: hey Steve wats up naw, you have forgotten about me abi!

Me :turns and look at her, you who? Do I know you before? Have we met before?

Her: haba naw Steve it's me Clara

Me : cla who? Pls I don't know you

Her: haba have you forgotten the day you stooped me asking for my number!

Dat is exactly how I would handle dat kinda situation. So those same girls that were forming groups, moving together and eating together, just give them before the second week in camp you will see them ditching the group one by one to sneak up with guyz, and as a girl if you are in such a group ehn and you don't wise up quickly like ur friends did, you will just be seeing them chilling out, eating together, doing crap under the mango three at night, dat is when you will start regretting why you refused so many guyz advances that just wanted to chill with you, then towards the end of camp when almost everyone is occupied with their date, you will be singing akons lonely.
I don't like it when girls behave stupid, OK check out this instance, a group of girls are together just chilling, then 2 guyz are at the same venue but not far from the girls. One of the guy is liking a girl and she has sensed it cuz they have locked eyes more than 4 times, OK the guy summons courage to walk up to the group of girls and says hi in general, then turns to you to say hello my name is John, i have been here for a while now nd i couldn't help but to stare at you times and times over, pls do you mind if i could steal you for just a few minutes? You looked at him from head to toe and said can't you see am with my girlfriends wat makes you think I would leave them just to talk to you stranger. Am sorry but I can't.

So he left and you and ur girlfriends laughed at him, but inside your mind you know that you really like him, you have been looking at him since, you wished he was ur man. Then your dreams were about to come true by him walking up to meet you but because of stupid pride and you don't want to look cheap in front of your girlfriends you declined his request. Do you know how hard it is for a man to see a girl he likes for the first time and summon courage to talk to her? Do you know hw hard it is? Cuz so many things will be going through he's mind, what if she doesn't talk to me, what if she embarrass me, and so on. Then he summon courage to talk to you in the presence of ur friends and you declined him instead of you to be proud. Na so una take dey miss husband o.....
So ladies please stop misbehaving when a guy makes an effort to talk to you, even if you don't like him just do it politely instead of embarrassing him.
So some girls are lonely in camp not because they ain't pretty but it's a problem of self inflicted pride and arrogance towards guyz. So that's camp for you, towards the end you start seeing corpers turned couples, holding hands, laughing, having fun together you might think they have known each other for 4 years now but just 2weeks ago they were total strangers, some ladies might even get lucky and find a husband in camp, some ladies get proposed to in the last day of camp so dats life and poo happens. We all are gaining new experiences every day, one minute you met a guy in camp and the next you find out he's the man who has been missing in your life and before you know, wedding bells are ringing.... Let's not go too deep on this pep talk with the ladies, now let me tell and show you guyz how my last day in camp was, it's was maddddddd, it was funnnnnnnnn, it was nastyyyyyyyyy.
