Uzoho is still my choice.but I won’t go against Dele’s invitation. A better Competition would only bring out the best in Uzoho.

I think Aiyenugba is better than Uzoho

I think, it has to do more with the coach's preferences.. He has to prove the coach wrong.

I'm kinda glad he's been benched.

So that he can work harder to prove the coach wrong thus improving his game significantly in the process

The problem is Nigerians feed on instant gratification.

tbaba1234:

I have been saying this same thing for years. I was even tagged an NPFL hater... I think, it is becoming clearer though.

I endorse the 3-5-2 formation for SE
Spot on! That formation should never be overlooked by Rohr in any way. Its the most Suitable for our team's major strength : speed. And weakness: Gk and defence. Including our midfield at some point due to the effects Mikel's absence.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 8:58pm On Apr 21, 2018
That's exactly what I'm trying to say.. our first 11 always come against familiar competition. Let them see fresh faces here and there, and they won't be too comfortable. They all have to show at game time that they deserve to start in the subsequent match. Any slack, there should be a player ready to take their spot. I think that would bring out the best in the team.

Modified
I'm not particularly a Rohr critic but I think many players in the team are too comfortable..

Kog45:
I'm coy on this coz of Rohr's approach in integrating players look at Oyekwuru but given Kalu and Olayinka chance,Musa and Simeon w just need to up their game.

He dribbled doesn't mean he has the ability in the past. He probably worked on it.
Me was thinking along same line too... The guy seems hardworking. But then again, the guy has been good, no be today.

I am with you on this. They need competitions.

I don't buy the idea of just shutting the doors on players doing well because of some regular players.

Arsenal under 23 won the Premier League 2... A young Nigerian left back Tolaji Bola (19 years) was part of the team.

Tolaji has played for England under 16, 17 and under 18.
