You got to be innovative to survive the brutal kenyan market. That kenyan CEO is betting on mobile money. UBA will make money. Sometimes I feel bad for these Nigerian banks..they came and bought small banks for a lot of money..and then huge losses for so long. It like a rip-off. But as you try to enter Kenya - we are slowly working towards Nigeria..Congo and Ethiopia are the next frontier..and watch what our banks are doing in mobile banking in TZ, UG and other...learning from kenya.
