Qupp: I believe you get payments from sites like Payoneer or PayPal. Get a reference letter from Payoneer and add your payoneer statement of account. You can download it when you log into your account, then use it as evidence to explain your freelance work. Have a great Sunday. 1 Like |

Qupp: I will talk to him to see if he wants to help you. I know he has a new more demanding work and his time helping people here was over. He is the perfect person to help you cos his brother who was into freelance work was refused a visa and to tackle it, they had to work together in ably documenting the freelance work to the VO before the visa was approved. |

mcobex: @Austinpee4 , @mcobex and other gurus, plus help me out I have an uncle I work in his office who wants to be my sponsor . He has been responsible for my education for the past 15 years , and he pays my salary from his GTB account cuz of the easy USSD mobile banking option it has. But I intend to use his other bank account for sponsorship details cuz that's where his major transactions are. Now , I want to ask that should I present his GTB account details as well to show that he has been paying me salary or just letter of introduction stating that I work in his company is enough. Secondly , I have some pictures where my uncle was present in my convocation , can I show this as well to buttress the fact that he's been my guardian from time immemorial ? Number 3, This my uncle is my mother's brother , do I need to draw any family chart or I should just say in my SOP that he's my mom's brother and present my mom's birth cert , And lastly , should I present my bank statement of last six month that has just little balance in addition to my newly opened fixed deposit account(which contain about 15m ) ? Or just the fixed deposit is sufficient . Pardon my long post pls, my question seems peculiar as I couldn't get some ting similar in previous posts . Thanks |

@KISHKOSH; 1. Use the bank with enough fund, but if you feel like adding the gtbank account then no problem(but its not a must). 2. Pictures aren't accepted(for paper route), a letter of support fromhim stating he has been helping you out with your studies and other things will do, also you should state it boldly in your SOP as well. 3. Family tree isn't compulsory as well, but if you can then no qualms. But another way you can show relationship is getting your mum's birth cert and that of your uncle or his international passport(with your mum and him having same surname). Even at that you and your uncle will still state it in your SOP and letter of support respectively. 4. Submit all your accounts statements(as long as you have money in it, no matter how small). NB: Make sure your uncle state the exact amount he will be contributing to your studies in his letter of support and IF POSSIBLE LET HIM TRANSFER THE SAID AMOUNT INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR PAY TO YOUR SCHOOL to show commitment, since he is a third party(the instruction in CAPs is my sincere advise). |

Maxihyfr:Go to cic site and you will see the list of accredited clinics/hospitals with their locations. For ease you should do it with any of the clinic/hospital in your state or a state close to your base. First visit www.cic.gc.ca to know the clinic and which of them is close to your base. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Aallizzwellwole:Sir, Your refusal ground was stating you're found inadmissible to Canada. What else do you want to know? The Visa officer ticked only Section 40(1)(a) : For directly or indirectly mispresentating or withholding materials facts relating to a relevant matter that indues or could induce an error in the administration of this Acts: of which is a misrepresentation. Ask yourself why purpose of visit, insufficient funds, home ties and the rest wasn't ticked? And why do you think it's not a ban? I know very well, prior this refusal letter was sent to you, you must have recieved a correspondence letter from the embassy. Also, as a matter of fact, you will always be encouraged to reapply if you feel that you can respond to those concerns (a ban) and can demonstrate that your situation meets the legislative requirements for a study permit. Don't rely on this generic words from cic okay, as it appears on every refusal letter. I am not trying to make mockery of your present predicament, but it's simply the truth and must be told. jnyuwa02: Lol! Attorney jnyuwa02, are you here to defend his case again like you did previously? Are you in essence saying he was not issued a ban? Attorney jnyuwa02, it's more better to say minority of people and not many because not everyone was falsely accused. Has he not responded to them? Of course he has, that's why he was refused based on mispresentation Section 40(1)(a). What other grounds are you talking about here? He wasn't refused on other grounds, the Visa officer ticked mispresentation and you know what that means. Why giving the young man high hopes, when you already know the outcome of his application. Let's tell ourselves the truth here! |

Frankrobbn1: Don’t go telling people they are banned when it may not be true was my point recently. You rush to judgements too quickly has been my point previously. Our objectives is all to get a TRV, accurate information is necessary, not a rush to judgement and tar and feather people. 1 Like |

Frankrobbn1: Lol! He was so convinced CIC was mistaken and that the guy was not guilty of misrepresentation. I was very perplexed he had so much faith in another man's application. Well, maybe he had a reason. Life goes on 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by jnyuwa02: 9:10pm On May 20, 2018 |
Frankrobbn1: Did he place the decision letter here on Nairaland and you saw misrepresentation ticked as a reason for denial? Ps: when he asked his question he didn’t place the decision letter. If there was decision letter and those sections were checked, it’s definitely a ban. The GCMS should confirm so. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 9:22pm On May 20, 2018 |
jnyuwa02: What are you saying Attorney? Didn't you see it yesterday? He was refused based on mispresentation and not on other grounds. The Attachement was pasted by him yesterday.
