Good day my people
Please I have a worry,
I applied March 16 2018 paper route and was refused April 18 2018 .
I then ordered for my gcms notes with getgcms.com upon collection today,I saw same generic response from them as was updated on my online application instead of the case files.I contacted someone about this who told me that getgcms.com were scammers.
Now I am in a crossroad whether to apply to CIC or order another gcms notes which will take another 1 month bearing in mind school starts September.

@Austinpee4 , @mcobex and other gurus, plus help me out

I have an uncle I work in his office who wants to be my sponsor . He has been responsible for my education for the past 15 years , and he pays my salary from his GTB account cuz of the easy USSD mobile banking option it has. But I intend to use his other bank account for sponsorship details cuz that's where his major transactions are.
Now , I want to ask that should I present his GTB account details as well to show that he has been paying me salary or just letter of introduction stating that I work in his company is enough.

Secondly , I have some pictures where my uncle was present in my convocation , can I show this as well to buttress the fact that he's been my guardian from time immemorial ?

Number 3, This my uncle is my mother's brother , do I need to draw any family chart or I should just say in my SOP that he's my mom's brother and present my mom's birth cert ,

And lastly , should I present my bank statement of last six month that has just little balance in addition to my newly opened fixed deposit account(which contain about 15m ) ? Or just the fixed deposit is sufficient .

Pardon my long post pls, my question seems peculiar as I couldn't get some ting similar in previous posts . Thanks
Just ensure you include evidence to substantiate that he will indeed live up to the responsibility of being your sponsor. All evidence to support claims will go along way as well as evidence to show his previous support and guardianship. It will be more convincing if you attach as many evidence as possible and importantly, make sure the REQUIRED funds are available for your first year of study.

Regards.

20months
Since it is for 20 months(which is about 2 years) getting tax clearance would have been perfect, but since you said he hasn't been paying for a while now then I will advise he works more on his letter of support and state how he intend to pay your fees for the second year. Also he should state the number of dependants he has(your mum and siblings that still depend on him).
Just like I said earlier, him paying your tuition fee now and transferring your living expenses is a very good step.

You can easily check this from the school's site. Do some research yourself and come back to ask questions.

chisiudeh,

You need to show sufficient ties to your home country i.e. what will compel you to return home with the following shortlisted.

1-) Do you have a spouse and kids(minors) and are you leaving them behind?
2-) Do you have elderly parents who depend on you?
3-) Do you own businesses/property that you need to continue managing?
4-) Do you have adequate funds?
5-) Do you have family members whom are not accompanying you to Canada?

I think number 2,3 and 5 should be your home ties here. Lastly, A good SOP/LOE outlining your career prospects back home is also a tie.

kylexy61,

Good to see you're making a great move!
You mustn't take all your belongings along with you, pick the most important items that best suit your needs over there and you will notice that the two 23kg suitcases you're complaining about will be sufficient for you. Again, take it easy o don't fast track the calender as you intend doing also consider some TRV hopefuls that are yet to apply and acquire their TRV. grin

God is indeed faithful.
All the best!
@kylexy61 wants to travel with the whole BANKU in Ghana grin grin grin

Please my peoples, Am I going to include my acceptance fee recept to my visa application submittion? Please I need your reply.

Most acceptance fee is part of the tuition fee, as it is deducted from the tuition fee. So, include it in your app

Sorry about that, this is why we should always try to do some research ourselves before doing anything. This is more or less a faceless forum and there are so many people here with different motives.
If you have someone in Canada I will advise you visit cic.gc.ca and apply for your note or use a private site that most . Sorry about that once again

Yes I know it is a third party website. But what do you suggest people who don't know anyone in Canada do to get their GCMS?
I know you are trying to avoid what happened to the guy to repeat itself(I also don't want it to happen again), but what do you suggest people who don't have anyone in Canada do now?

That is what they need to sort out themselves and find their way around it.

No more 3rd party website ad here again please.
