Okay, CAC is fine and you can as well show 2-3 transactions (not necessary). Ensure you prove relationship as well. Then cover other loop holes; home ties and purpose of visit.

But he is saying that he will go and pay 4years tax on personal income, so he will get a tax clearance certificate, the cert will not be in the business name but he's own name. Is that even possible or credible? He registered d company with his brother but the brother is no more here, so it is now his business. Please what do u think?

It's no problem.
I quit my last job in january that i've been there for the past 2 years plus because there was no pay but stipends for transport fare. Promises have been made about paying salary. So I was more or less volunteering.
1. How do I put this as part of my employment history considering as I presently don't have any active job now.
Frankrobbn1:

I'm very sorry to disappoint you for the very first time. I am currently having so many SOP's from prospective applicants, which I am yet to review. If you are in a hurry, you can send it to some of my bosses here.

I'm strongly apologize for any inconveniences this might cause you!

It depends on the school you're going to. But most schools don't require it considering your latest level of education was taught in English.

Good evening family, I do need your candid advice on my issue. I have been given an admission to study computer science in U of R(undergraduate ). But I have a Bsc in electrical engineering, I tried applying for master's but my gp is low and i was not given so i decided to apply as an undergraduate to enable me get into canada then switch to do my master's. Please I need your advise on these following questions. ..
1)Can I be able to switch from undergraduate to master's when I get to canada?
2)When I am applying for my student visa should I submit my university transcript along with my Waec or just my waec?
Waiting for your response.....Thanks a million

1. You can change when you get to Canada but it will be wise to secure the admission before leaving for Canada.
2. I see you having issues securing trv(especially if you can't explain the study gap). I want to believe you spent atleast 4 years to run your undergraduate programme here, so what will you tell the vo you have been doing for that 4 years(since you want to use your undergraduate admission to apply for trv).
My best advise is for you to apply for masters programme now and if you get the offer, you apply for your trv using the masters offer letter cos you stand a better chance with masters than undergraduate programme.
NB: WHY DID YOU APPLY FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE THAT QUALIFICATION AND YOUR PREFERENCE IS EVEN MASTERS?

Thanks for your response but I have applied several for master's but I have not been given because my gp is low. I have a good reason to explain my gaps....What will I do in this case.

How will you switch to masters when you said you couldn't get a masters admission?
Though I have answered your question before(try to read back to see it), but let me say this: Apply for a PGD programme in Electrical engineering instead of going for Bsc in computer science.

Okay..the business is an enterprise. I guess that's what is on d CAC.. Let him do the tax clearance certificate it is important. He stopped paying tax but he can back date it with a good tax clearance agent. My mum did hers in lag. Also if he has any, add recent rent receipts and some invoices to make the financial backing strong
NB: This is very important: In your sponsor letter in the first paragraph of introduction please it should be "I Mr_________the sole proprietor and sole signatory of " business name" am writing in support of Jewel_____ who is my______ (Emphasise that is not a company or a limited liability) with this I submitted only business statement of account of my sponsor!

All the best.

Thanks dear. But the thing is, even though he is the sole owner of the business now, he was not the sole signatory in 1995 when he registered the business name with his brother. But they are not in it together again. Should i just upload only the cac certificate and dont upload the memorandum of association?

1. if your Gp is too low, you still can't switch to masters
2. CIC doesn't need your transcript.
3. why not consider college. canada doesn't care if you are a master's holder or PGC/PGD
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by ifydio(m): 3:13am On May 22, 2018
nice to be here, been a while. to all hopefuls, I wish you all Success, and to those granted visa, Congratulations.
word of advice my people. don't bother much about Universities(Masters) or Colleges(PGC) get the admission and document your papers appropriately, and hopefully get the visa. getting your Visa should be the priority.

the degree isn't as important as we make it seems back in Nigeria, what's important is that you know your stuff and can defend it.
employers don't discriminate base on the degree, to an extent is a level playing ground.
and for those who have bad intentions coming over please desist from it, Nigerians have caused enough distrust enough already, to an extent It's affecting a lot of people. success everyone, Cheers!!!

Instead of starting another UG course, I'd advise you apply for a PGD, after which you progress to a proper M.Sc.

Best wishes.

@ Martswoll for those that did the paper route application does medical request come as email to the individual ? Also, once the medical is done, do you still need to notify cic of completion via email to them - otherwise, is it automatic for them to receive the results of medical.

Appreciate clarification for paper route applicant without upfront medicals and did not link application online.

Hello Everyone!
I need your help. i have a peculiar challenge. i applied for TRV with an admission to study PGC but was denied on the ground of purpose of visit. During my waiting for a decision, i also applied to University of Regina, i was offered admission in Masters Programme. I am about to apply for TRV, my question is,

1. Should i state in my SOP the reason for the initial denial? Bearing in mind its not same programme i am reapplying for.
2. Should i go ahead and apply as a fresh applicant? Though stating categorically that I've been previously denied visa in my form.
3. Please advise if what you have in mind is entirely different from what i stated above.

Thanks in anticipation.

You are welcome. If the memorandum says something different do not add it...I didn't even add anything like that from mum! With an efficient SOP you are good to go! Also make sure ur course of study is in line with ur previous one or job as the case may be.

If you applied through paper route and linked your application online , the email you entered as a means of getting update on your application, is the email CIC would use in sending you update emails , if any activity like medical request or approval occurs on your application. SO you do need to link your paper application online .

No you don’t need to remind CIC that you’ve done your medicals , if you got a medical call a unique IME code is given to you in your medical request form, so when you do your medicals, the consultancy you did it at, will send up your medical report to CIC, hereby CIC would update your medicals based on their evaluation within 4-5 after medicals . If you are in doubt or want to clarify it the consultancy has sent up your medical info, then call the consultancy directly and ask if they’ve forwarded your information.

@Akchi32, what do you mean by “apply as a fresh applicant”? Do you intend to create a new profile? If that’s your intention, then I am sorry for you because you will just cause problems for yourself.

As far as you will apply with the same details and passport, they will find out.

Please on your previous account, state your UCI, clearly state the previous refusal reasons and what you’ve done so far.

Long post alert, please do not quote every statement.

Sorry this is coming late, kindly see documents below:

All CIC documents
Letter of explanation: I wrote about myself, my job, change in career (studied chemistry but work with a bank), why i chose Canada, why i am applying for study permit (simply for educational advancement which will my benefit me as a banker in Nigeria), why SMU (i went to their page and got all the information i needed), why not Nigeria, My finances (paid close to 80% tuition, had about CAD 20k in Naira and dollars), The future for me after this program (here i wrote about my career after this masters and how i intend to do exploit in Nigeria), Previous Refusal reasons (i talked about the previous reasons for denial and how i tackled them with proof) and lastly i wrote about my express entry account (i am still in the pool waiting for the score to drop, my score is slightly below 430). I also made a mistake when i went for my upfront medical by choosing express entry medical instead of study permit (Thank God everything worked out fine).

My sponsors statement (about 40-50m balance)
My sponsors Cert of incorporation
