Habaaa. Even with a fit Simon Moses, Musa would have still made the team and who knows maybe even be a starter.

Musa sits on the bench when Simon is there, thats my point. Now, if Iwobi or Moses get injured (God forbids) Musa chances of starting will become even brighter and I DONT FFUCKKING LIKE THAT!

Junior Ajayi does not offer what Simon offers in terms of pace and directness. If i am to pick a replacement, i will choose Kayode since he can play from the wings.

But i do not think, a replacement is required.

There is need for replacement because anything can happen.

Whenever Victor Moses takes our free kicks I conclude its gonna be a waste. Nacho will improve on his dead ball abilities.

Hope Victor Moses wouldn't override him sha angry

When it becomes too obvious that Iheanacho is a better shooter and better in dead ball and the whole team knows this VicMo will go lay down somewhere. Iheanacho influence will rise and Moses arrogance will be checked

13 reasons why Real Madrid are European champions
27/05/2018 | 13:21 CEST En Español Rubén Jiménez

1: The referees
The whole world knows. Italian referees, English, Serbian, Turkish and wherever they are from, there is a conspiracy to make Los Blancos win successive Champions League titles because that's the best thing which can happen for UEFA
2: The draws
The secret is hot balls, those which have paired the club with Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich. It's all remotely controlled.
3: Zidane is lucky
He's so lucky that he decides that Bale is better as a substitute and he comes on and scores two goals, one of them a bicycle kick. The changes of Lucas Vazquez and Marco Asensio were beneficial and starting Karim Benzema and Isco made the team able to retain possession. It was all so lucky.
4: Their opponents are old
Kylian Mbappe, Mohamed Salah and Neymar are all on the downward curves of their careers, their age shows they are clearly declining.
5: Their fans don't encourage them
The chant of 'We're not going to love you' was heard in Kiev and it was a sign of respect to the fans of Liverpool, but it gave Real Madrid encouragement.
6: It doesn't matter that Antonio Pintus doesn't know how to coach players
Los Blancos reached the final with every single player fit and available, there were no injury concerns and everyone had the chance to start the match. This all came after Sergio Ramos said the players were all like Miura, but obviously Pintus has no idea what he's doing.

Real Madrid own the Champions League throne
Listen on Audioboom
7: Their opponents were injured
Neymar was hurt and couldn't play against Real Madrid, whilst Salah was left injured after a collision with Ramos on the pitch in Kiev. You simply can't compete in those circumstances.
8: They somehow escaped Mbappe, Lewandowski and Salah
In every single match it was clear that the opposition were going to take full advantage of Real Madrid's defensive fragility. It was said that playing against Dijon and FC Koln is the same as the European champions.
9: It didn't matter that Marcelo doesn't know how to defend
Liverpool were going to destroy him in the final.
10: Even though Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't score in the big matches
The Portuguese forward failed to score in the semi-final or final, his last goal in the tournament came against Juventus.
11: Despite the fact Bale and Benzema have no value
The two goalscorers in the final were the two most criticised players throughout the season.
12: Because opposing goalkeepers hand them victories
Sven Ulreich and Loris Karius must be involved in a shared WhatsApp group with UEFA referees, they conspired so that Los Blancos would emerge victorious.
13: Because being from Madrid is easy
This something everybody knows, Real Madrid simply don't have feelings or emotions, those are things for others. Opinion • Zidane continues to make coaching history

i still prefer Simon over Musa , for every 5 crosses of Simon 4 will be dangerous , while every 5crosses Made by Musa on 2 or 1 will be dangerous .

Musa can play in 3 positions same with Simon

Rohr will not joke with that guy , he will be so difficult to drop , cause of what he brings to the team .

AIG07:
Fairness? That has long been dead long time ago. It's been dead since the time football has gone commercial. We need stop believing that FIFA's Fair Play message.
Football governing bodies across the world are no longer FAIR in their dealings. These guys do everything humanly possible to retain power and influence. The same is what we see on the field.

The refs too are not exempted. They bend the rules to favor which ever team they want to win.

Now back to the main issue. Ramos last night was an Hero to his team - a true captain and at the same time a villain to the rest of the world.

Later, while thinking over the incident that happened, I saw Ramos as a true definition of a leader. Dude stood up to rescue his team from a state of quagmire. He took out the threat to their glory. He subtly influenced the refs decisions till he was able to extinguish the remaining fire burning in the heart of the Liverpool team.

Just imagine if Mikel had done the same in 2014 against France, who knows what would have happened. But our man was only smiling and trying to be fair. Maradona, Suarez(against Ghana) and those I have mentioned earlier are just few examples of players who threw Fair Play out of the window and their actions in one way or the other took their teams to glory.

In summary, the Objective of a game in any competition is to WIN (which is the bigger picture). Coaches tell their players to focus on the OBJECTIVE and not the PROCESS. We need to learn some of these tricks as they will come in handy at the world cup. Don't forget recently Shehu would have got Slimani sent out in our last WCQ game had it been he simulated and exaggerated the head butt. But he was forming strong man and fair play. The same Slimani went on to score us after that incident.

We need to ask ourselves this question. When last was a player sent off(got red card) against the SEs.? Sometimes you need to reduce your opponent to 10players before you can edge them. Ramos understood this and that was why he reduced Liverpool technically from 12 to 10men- that's why you saw him smiling.

You're very correct. I watched the game again. If I were the ref I wouldn't give Ramos card too. The event was 50:50 and almost very difficult to see malicious intent.

Teams and Players always cheat one way or the other:
Claiming corner when it's obvious ball came off their leg.
Diving to get penalty.
Simulating a fall to get opponent carded.
Taking out a threat by fouling.
Using hand to stop the ball from entering goal.
Buying out the ref.
The list is endless.
Zidane himself was a victim - 2006 world cup.
Take out the talisman and see the game swing in your favour.
The end justifies the means
Years down the line this event will be remembered less significantly while the Real Madrid team coached by Zidane will be referred to in history as the greatest team ever, even though we know that they are not.

Ighalo as winger will be like us playing Moses as wing back. His goals return for SE is not great even as a CF. playing him at the wing will be a big minus like u already insinuated
It’s up to Rohr to pick from outside the 30

OMANBALA1:

Ighalo can play from the wing but that will eliminate the only top 9 we have....Rohr should have considered a 35 man list.

There is no need for Replacement, cos Rohr still gets 6 more Players to drop from the List. Lokosa might eventually gate-crash and becomes a good Ambassador for the NPFL at the Mundial.

Let's trust Rohr's Decision, whatever he decides with the List so be it.

Rohrs instruction was victor moses to take set pieces. The way we make assumptions and jump to conclusions is alarming. The team us going to be together for a while, who gets to take set pieces will be decided in due course.

Official Super Eagles Injury Update : Awaziem, Ndidi, Joel Obi, Simon, Ekong, Ebuehi

Published: May 27, 2018

Ahead of the Super Eagles final workout before they take to the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium pitch for a frindly against Democratic Republic of Congo, allnigeriasoccer.com has contacted a Nigeria Football Federation insider to provide an update on the fitness of the players with injury concerns.

Wilfred Ndidi: The coach must decide when to bring him into full training. Ndidi is not playing against Congo, Rohr said he doesn't want to take any risk, that's why he is giving him extra days. The coach is the one taking it easy, Ndidi is ready for full training but wants to give him more time. He wants to see if he can play the England game.

William Troost-Ekong: He is training very well. His skipping full training two days ago was just precautionary, they don't want to take any risk. Any time he feels pains, they tell him to go the sidelines. There's no problem with him, he is training regularly and playing in the practice games.

Moses Simon : He is also working well, we are waiting for the result of the scan but he is not feeling any pain. He can run, they don't want him to aggravate the injury and that's why he is not training fully with the team.

Joel Obi: He is doing well, he has been doing all the training including the practice games, has never been sidelined.

Tyronne Ebuehi: He has been involved in all the sessions.

Chidozie Awaziem: It was just a minor knock he picked yesterday but he is already walking well. We don't expect this to be a problem. In this kind of situation, we don't want to take any risk, any kind of knock the player is told to sit on the sidelines.
