Okay. Was it not this same tactics that we used during the friendlies?

Not in all, but in some. In few Hours time, we gonna know his real Potentials.

Meanwhile Stephen Eze will make the 25-Man List going to London.

I thought Simmy hasn't observed the mandatory 10 days rest ... why's everybody including him in their lineup?
una want FIFA sanction again ?

Is Simmy the only player that must observe that so called 10days rest? Why has the emphasis been on him alone?

Oga, na you get your own opinion and the understanding of other people's opinion. All we are asking for is for the good of the team. Chikena! World cup is not a 2 legged affair where you get to remedy a situation against a team in a second leg. You mess up, you are out and thats it! So when we talk its not out of hatred we look beyond a player because the team as it were is bigger than any player playing in it presently.

Sometimes a timeous release of the ball makes all the difference in a game. I know what i am talking about and I foresee a lot of it at the world cup. Did you notice Ronaldo was unhappy that Bale came from the bench to score 2goals? He couldnt even celebrate and when he did, it was so obvious that he wss faking his joy. The Real Madrid team doesnt revolve around you as even their top scorer and thats what fuelled his transfer talks.

Our team can play with or without victor moses. It all boils down to tactics employed by the gaffer. Lets stop this over rating of a thing. Its becoming annoying. No one hates Victor Moses. He does things that irk people and thats why people spoke out. No one in theirnright mind would wish a player injury on the eve of the world cup. We have waited 4years for this.... THIS IS OUR TIME!

World Cup, but as the unregistered twenty- fourth player.

Nigeria have included an extra player on their roster in previous editions of the World Cup, with former coaches, Clemens Westerhof and Festus Onigbinde taking Tijani Babangida and Peter Odemwingie to USA 1994 and Korea/Japan 2002 respectively.

Chief icon4s remember that i told you Tijani Babangida was on standby to US 94 and Osaze a standby player at 2002 WC.

Baba you need to understand something. Swiss Division 3 is a developed league that can produce formidable teams that will even beat the best in our top flight league.
Sir i disagreed.Pls tell me the rating of swiss division one league in the world that you are saying a swiss division three will beat our NPFL teams.

I quite agreed with you on organization of the league which is peculiar to all European leagues which NPFL lacks.

The same Osigwe couldn't measure up in one of Nigeria under age camp,so not new to us and that Congolese was right cos we have better keepers in NPFL.

Truly Osigwe is a Nigerian and must be celebrated for the promotion, hope to see him developing to a great keeper in near future.

That's it cos i don't want another Nwakaeme who was given the opportunity to the extent Iheanacho was pushed to the wing and likely Iheanacho would start on the wing today to accommodate Simy.

Up to Simy to measure up and make 23 man list.

Pls is there anything like sanction.

I thought it was all about given player maximum 10 days rest but at player discretion he can cut the rest if he wishes, nothing like FIFA sanction if player is not forced, check out Victor Moses observing his rest under the FIFA stipulated rules.

you guys should go and watch the following games vicmo played in GWG and see whether he was too selfish or not..
Nigeria 6 - 1 Liberia 2012 qualifier
Ethiopia 0 -2 Nigeria afcon 2013
SA 0-2 Nigeria mandella challenge 2013
Nigeria 4-1 Mali afcon 2013
CIV 1-2 Nigeria afcon 2013
Nigeria 3-1 Algeria WC qualifiers
Nigeria 1- 0 Zambia WC qualifiers
and so many others I can't rememba.. not that he was so selfish that all the goals we scored in those listed games were scored by him from selfishness, most of those goals were scored by some other players as a result of vicmo runs and some were from vicmo assist..my own is dat d guy holds on to d ball on a fast counter attacking moment and passes wen its needed if no 1 comes out clear to collect pass i trust moses he go make sure say he dribbles anybody wey show face and aim at goal

and so many more you cant remember?

but you remember 2012 6 years ago, bro you no get point.sometimes i feel you guys are bored and just wanna start up an argument.no player is perfect and no player can give you a 100% always

even the captain Mikel has his own flaws, mikel remain our major trait going forward

Italy doesn't deserve a red card in that Match , i think the ref was too emotional , and he look for a way to pay them back ,when we had failed to take our chances

What a painful memories,Yekini was on his way with only keeper to beat but was wrestling down and penalty given to Italy was just a collision between Eguavoen and Italian defender.

The most painful of it was a sitter missed by Yekini from a cross from Emenalo at the tail end of the match, just a breeze the ball is in the net but Yekini failed to do the needful.

I hate remembering this match, just damn painful loss.

It was a fair match. Zola reacted badly to Eguavoan's challenge but i dont think he deserved a red for that. Maldini's arm pulling was a bit similar to Sergio Ramos's. Yekini would have sustained wrist fracture when he landed. Nigeria had a chance to wrapup the game but failed. At one man down, they should have taken advantage but they didn't. Oliseh poor challenge gifted Baggio the chance to receive the score to level up. The penalty in my opinion was right. Eguavon's clumsy challenge merited a penalty. Yekini had the opportunity to equalise off Emenalo's beautiful cross but he fluffed it. Sometime i wonder why people should be blaming and holding deep grudges against Ayegbenu, Yekini's miss was worse in my opinion.
