Reno Omokri's Epic Clap Back To Lai Mohammmed by infonewsnigeria: 7:01pm On May 28, 2018
Earlier on the the current Nigeria's Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed gave a speech where where he outlined the achievements of the Buhari led administration, he said contrary to critics, who claim the government had nothing to show for its three years of existence, the Buhari administration had ‘performed beyond expectations’.

He took a swipe at the GEJ led administration when he said "No govt in the history of our country has ever done so much with so little like Buhari”.
The former aide to ex-president Good-luck Johnathan, Reno Omokri has taken to twitter to respond to Lai Mohammed.
In his tweet he said "Lai Mohammed continues menstruating lies with his mouth even in Ramadan! How can he say a government like Buhari’s that cant name even one project they have initiated, started and completed in 3 years, has achieved more than any other Nigerian government. Even in Ramadan he LIES!".

Someone in the government needs to puncture this issue of 11 trillion naira borrowed in 3 years.

It seems like one of those figures manufactured and bandied around by the mischievous propagandists.

Or could it be true?

Nothing is actually wrong with borrowing. U can't develop infrastructure without borrowing. Money borrowed in the past were looted..Nigerians always fret whenever they hear borrow...

Something is actually wrong with borrowing. Even if you are spending all those money judiciously on capital projects, there is a limit beyond which it becomes dangerous.

Don't pull the US card, because those debts are all internally held. It is just like the FG borrowing from the proceeds of the Transport Ministry and Dangote. The capital flight will be minimal. Repaying them won't mount unnecessary pressure on the economy but will trigger a repercussion effect that would cause the economy to expand.

For Nigeria, excessive borrowing is cancerous.

Oga what has been done with this huge amount borrowed by this government?
Previous governments according to you looted the ones they borrowed. This government has borrowed more than all of them, what have they done with it if not looting.

Your lord and master took us to that recession in the first place.

Anyway, I was talking about excessive borrowing. Your personal lord and saviour borrowed 11 Trn in 3 years while PDP borrowed 3 Trn in 16 years. How didn't he intend to repay that, I guess Niger Delta oil?

I am much more concerned about the divide by Nairalnders albeit Nigerians along ethnic and party lines as shown in our responses.

It's a pity that rather than tackle the issue, we are blinded by party affiliation.

These politicians are prying on our foolishness to enrich themselves and we clap and abuse ourselfs in attempt to defend them.

Our Government have failed us. We need a new cycle of leaders.
