Please can you help me with passport issue? I have been having that problem since yesterday.

You'll receive two emails; the first containing your application code, username and password is sent after filling your name, valid email, state, LGA etc

You'll visit the website again and login this time using your username (registered email address) and the password sent you, which is your application code.

After logging in successfully, to the top right where you see Home, Applications (located under the logout button), click the latter and select 'My Applications'.

The rest should be easy from then onwards.

Once you've successfully completed the process - upload of passport, selecting yes/no to the question have you worked with the FRSC before and checking the box confirming all the information you've provided is correct - you should receive the email thay reads "Your application has been successfully submitted and is pending review..."

Hope you find the information useful.

P.S: I used Chrome on my mobile phone (desktop site) during the entire process without a glitch.

You should also resize your passport photograph to between 50 and 100kb but not more or less than the minimum size.

It should not be lesser than 50kb and not exceeding 100kb in size.

Go back to the portal, login with the details they sent you and click on my application

"a code".. Or Login details....Well, I dint get a code...After registering, a mail will be sent to you which contains your login details. ...After logging in, Your name will appear on the top by the right..click on your name....Your profile will pop up....then go to application under application two things will come up...click on my application...then fill whatever comes up..
N:B...Whatever, you are browsing with..go to settings then tick desktop mode.. To make it easier for you.

mails sent received no respose.... okay!

It is only in Nigeria that organisations (including private firms) do not reply email enquiry.

Why won't the portal crash when majority of the applicants who are already employed are underemployed. If only people knew PMBs administration was going to be one chance, many people wouldn't have bothered going to the various bus stops where they boarded this one chance bus on 28th March, 2015. We need to alight from this bus before it becomes too late. We must not allow this one chance bus get to its destination. Only our PVCs can truncate this journey. Let's get ready for 2019.

The crash is for the login portal. I even registered and my application code, username and password were sent to my email. The issue now is the frsc login portal is not opening. I even to the extend of mailing them to see if they can help but no reply.

Use Google Chrome and set it to desktop mode/view.. go to the page again and you will see Application log in... click on it and log in, after that, you will click on application then my application which will now take you to another page showing your application... click on complete application to proceed your application
