Voters who require that bribes must be given to them by way of rice and N2000 before they vote in an election are doing exactly what governors are doing, in the sense that such behavior is very destructive to the country.

Participation in contract price inflation by contractors and business people, which steals monies from the country is equally destructive just as when political office holders steal.

The collection of bribes by law court Judges, which promotes and rewards corruption and is also why office holders and government officials who steal public funds are not prosecuted and jailed, equally destroys Nigeria just like when governors steal public funds.
