Am a blogger[Education]. This morning, i received a call from an anonymous user , asking me if she can use University Diploma Result to apply for HND in any of the polytechnics ". I couldn't say anything reasonable, except promising to get back to her via text..

So, Nairalander, is it possible ?

like in kaduna poly where i work, u'll issue ND certificate after year of pre HND programme and u must go for one year IT. but in mubi poly my former work place u'll be issue ND with direct admission to HND after year one pre-HND programme
