Thanks for the advice. i already have IELTS result though its not so good, going for a remark on writting L-8,R-9, W-6.5, S-7. Hoping i get a positive response. with 10 points in English, i will be on 70 points. i will still give PTE a try but that would be after i see the new skill list in July. wapu: |

Hello guys. Finally gone through the whole thread from page 0. Una too much. The level of cooperation here is staggering. Special kudos to guys like Bellong & Alphadoor with the patience of saints. Always willing to advice or give a pointer. I'm into Logistics (freight forwarding and transportation) though l read Dramatic Arts in University. The eligible skill occupation closest to mine is Supply and Distribution Manager. Please has anyone here done assessment with AIM so l can know what to expect? Majority of what l see here is VETASSES and EA. Cheers. |

Good evening everyone . I am new to this thread and will appreciate all the help I can get. I have gone through page 0 and read the relevant information. My question is that I have a bsc in Accounting but no professional qualification like ACCA or Ican or masters . I have worked in operations in the bank for 11 years now. Can my occupation and skill be assessed as a general accountant ? 1 Like |

rambaldy: I think you should give IELTS another shot (or PTE). Give it all you've got, winners don't quit! |

Gaijin2018: I know someone that assessed as a Supply and Distributor Manager, and got a positive assessment. Do you have Up to three managers reporting to you? If Yes, then you can go ahead with the assessment. |

stepo707: Hi stepo707, How's it going? We met on the PTE section. Glad to know you're making some headway on your application. I reckon our job roles will be very similar since you do IT support. Please, I need to make some clarifications. How many points did you garner assessing with TRA? Checking suitable places for HW Technician, why did you opt for SA? NT & TAS were available options. There's a likelihood that I will assess with TRA and I'm contemplating ICT Support Technician nec, with just NT open to applications but it seems that they require an employment offer. PS. I think I may also be able to tailor my job roles to suit any job within the 3131 Unit Group though. ICT Customer Support Officer looks good right now for SA. Alphadoor, please I need your advice here too. I hope you remember me, the Systems Engr guy (torn between assessing for EA or ACS). Seems there's so much competition for these bodies and the points requirement keep increasing. I have 10 points for English, and seriously considering 489. I will rewrite my English exam much later after I initiate my assessment process. |

olumuyiwaoke: I know for a medical doctor you will have to write AMC exams but I have read from previous post that one can assess with other occupation like primary health manager. Just want to know if there are people who have done it and got a positive outcome so they can help out. Thanks |

rambaldy: 55points won't qualify you for 189 visa, even if it does you don't stand a chance of invite in the nearest future as 70pointers are the hopefuls for now. What's your nominated occupation? You can retake the IELTS or try PTE, you can also explore state nomination of your occupation permits. |

steph6: I hope your course is a five year program? Provided you are able to supply evidence of being paid, you can use the nysc year. |

Rapture07: I am not sure how their portal works now. You should be able to delete the document you uploaded wrongly. If you can't, send an email to vetasses to explain. It will be done for you to upload the correct one. 1 Like |

odundimple: Only Engineers Australia requires a CDR and career episodes I think. ACS only need you to provide convincing reference letter or if you want to go through RPL route. |
