Hello mama, how big is the fibroid, I guess it's not that big. I would advise you continue with serrapeptase and if you can, the castor oil massage will come in handy. Then after some months go and check to see there is any improvement. From my understanding, part of the issues vitex is meant to deal with issues related to menstrual cycle.

This was part of a write up I saw and I decided to copy and paste it here for your info:
"Hormone-sensitive conditions such as endometriosis; uterine fibroids; or cancer of the breast, uterus, or ovaries: Vitex agnus-castus can affect hormones and might affect estrogen levels. Don't use vitex agnus-castus if you have a hormone-sensitive condition". You can check out the link : https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-968/vitex-agnus-castus , read the uses, side effect, interactions (with other medications)etc. Bloating as I know occurs during hyperstimulation (the ovaries are over stimulated) or on a lighter cause before and during ones period /during ovulation. But if anything please continue the serrap. so the enzyme can eat away the unwanted tissues (fibroid), particularly if it's not a large one.

Heavy discharge comes at the onset showing the drug is working. I had that but mine was more like little grains that felt like sand when touched. Happened within 3 days or so. Then clear discharge and by the time af came, nothing much except no cloth. Though I combined with wobenzyme n. Your pains could be due to shrinkage of the fibroid. It happens. Do well to add the teas and massage to your routine to get faster results. Also consider adding ACV and BSM. BSM helps control the bleeding while ACV works on the fibroid. Fertility dusts dear.

Hello sir,maybe you should try another hospital before you opt for myomectomy since your wife is not showing symptoms.she can also do USS to know the location n size of the fibroid and hsg to ascertain patency of her tubes.I use rjolad sometimes n Dr onaolapo is my gynae although he's currently on vacation. Please and please try to seek a second opinion. It might just be infection not making the tubes visible or you repeat scan elsewhere.speaking from experience my enemy was told same at rjolad n after surgery, tubes were blocked from hsg report when we asked surgeon for d state of my tubes at surgery ,he didn't say anything valid.....to cut long story short ,went elsewhere,took antibiotics n did flushing.i got my patent tubes fromd last hsg report. Please I need clarification on something, I did HSG scan last week on CD12. I noti5 no sign of ovulation ever since, no CM, no Temp, nothing. I'm very worried because prior to the scan I do ovulate well, but no conception. Please has anyone gone through this before!? Is it normal for me not to ovulate after HSG?
I will be collecting the HSG result tomorrow, I'm just worried and need to talk to someone.

Apologies mama, pls weep not, I am sure your question was an oversight to papas and mamas.
Okay HSG should not be the reason why you are not ovulating. But I will advise you to get the result of the HSG first, if your tubes are patent, then mamas who have overcome / or are dealing with anovulation can advise you on what to do. Also for how long have, you noticed that? because[s][/s] it sounds like a short period if you have just gone through HSG and you have not received your results. Be sure you are actually NOT ovulating, probably check with the doctor so that you will not take medications unnecessarily and cause further harm/hyperstimulation. Let us know the results then inform people in the house about it.

Thanks a lot mama. Did u use d drugs for fibroids or something else? Hope they worked for u? Learnt serra can be combined wt guifei bao also for effective results but guifei bao is too expensive. U also suggested to use with ACV and BSM, pls which of them is cost effective?

If u can't afford guifei bao,Buy Chinese herbal tampon.3k for 6tampon. It's as effective as guifei bao and do exactly the same thing.
You can source BSM locally, I buy 50cl at 2500. ACv small bottle (brags) for 3500 or you prepare yourself with red apples and sugar. Read up online.
Look for Ghana seed too,looks like nutmeg but smaller. Chew with groundnut once a week.

I HV recommended this for people,2 came back with bfp.
Note; Size of fibroid matters.if it's big, pls go for surgery then use the combo to maintain n avoid regrowth.
