Hi mama, based on mama Roseey0's advise below. I would suggest you take everything and exclude vitex. Others are not medications so to speak, so they are easier to take with the serrap and guifei bao.

If u can't afford guifei bao,Buy Chinese herbal tampon.3k for 6tampon. It's as effective as guifei bao and do exactly the same thing.
You can source BSM locally, I buy 50cl at 2500. ACv small bottle (brags) for 3500 or you prepare yourself with red apples and sugar. Read up online.
Look for Ghana seed too,looks like nutmeg but smaller. Chew with groundnut once a week.

I HV recommended this for people,2 came back with bfp.
Note; Size of fibroid matters.if it's big, pls go for surgery then use the combo to maintain n avoid regrowth.

My DH helped me massage it and the pain began to relieve me as the day went by. Then I started feeling tingling in my nipples and I was glad that this could be a pregnancy symptom. I was sad when my period showed up on the 29th day of my circle. I'm confused because I have never felt that pain in my breast before. Please I need your advice

Your HVs came back clear
Fluid in POD may or may not indicate infection according to my sonographer.
If you were ovulating when u scanned, there will be fluid there.
Maybe you should redo HVs or do ECS to be sure.

I think it is a natural feeling, I remembered when a close friend got pregnant immediately after getting married I felt inadequate, like there was something wrong with me . I even took it out on DH. What I did to escape the feeling was by being a sort of support system to her. Although there are those who dont want u close to them, just try and be of help if required of

Please just relax your mind. The fact that u didn't see all dos signs doesn't necessarily mean u didn't ovulate but from shared experience, it is preferred to not ttc during d cycle HSG was done but from d next cycle. Nevertheless, I'm sure ur system would readjust in d next cycle. Also be aware that stress e.g emotional stress can also disrupt once cycle. So, just relax.

Thanks dearie, that's what the doctor told me, however my HSG result shows everything is normal.
I'm just worried, it's been 18months already.

Hello mama, I don't think hsg has anything to do with ovulation. When I did mine, I didn't see ewc for like 3 months, I was worried too but it came back on its own. The fact that you don't see physical symptoms doesn't mean you are not ovulating. You might have to get ovulation test kit to determine that.
I'm sure other sabi mamas will shed more light on this.
