Super Eagles captain John Mikel Obi has reaffirmed his willingness to do anything for Nigeria to progress beyond the group stage of the FIFA 2018 World Cup in Russia. Earlier, Kwese ESPN had posted a video of the former Chelsea star training and practising set-pieces ten(10) minutes before the normal training schedule of the team. The Tianjin Teda midfielder has been widely criticised for putting up a below-average performance in Nigeria’s 2-0 loss to Croatia in their first match on Saturday and is recently reported to be ready to sacrifice his role for the Super Eagles to make progress in the Mundial.
