l don't think it would make so much difference to the average Nigerian if a Kenyan visits. He wouldn't be so much like a foreigner because he would be seen as one from just another black African country.
The general idea about foreigners or abroad in the Nigerian psyche from my experience are white folks or generally non blacks. This may be changing fast though.
