From the Nigerian league to which leagues and clubs as compared to the French league and clubs like Lyon, Lille, Anderletch et al

Do u want us to buy the players for these clubs? It is called missing out. Those clubs missed out on top talent.

True but you still have your Arthurs, Gabriel Jesus, Richarlison, etc who go to top 5 leagues in addition.
We haven't had any sign our players in more than a decade.

Even Onazi couldn't get into England so that case is dead on arrival.

Yes on loan. But did you know some people lost their jobs for that move after it turned out the boy wasnt up to scratch ?

Dig deeper bro
Wow! Just checked wiki and he only played a game for their first team. Explains it

Bro we know the Brazilians are better than us

But common just because a Ghanaian player joins the french league doesnt mean their league are better than ours.

Yes its being more than a decade, but i will not agree with anyone that will come and claim their league is better than ours,Ghanaian league is really bleeped.

Brazilians have many players in Europe than any other nations ,many of them are transferred directly to the EPL french league la liga seria a,But they are many of them in slovakia Lithuania malta poland and co.

Well I don't follow the Ghanaian league, so I can't vouch for its quality.
It's just sad we haven't had a direct signing from the league.

Lol this is ridiculous. The teams missed out on the players they never wanted? grin

U can only use that term if those teams battled for their signature and then lose out to other teams.

Guy you are so funny ooo grin

This ur point is what we call grasping at straws grin

Why would you pick him ahead of Ajagun?

forgiveness:

He is not a winger. So, I can't compare him with those guys in that role. I can only compare him with Ajagun and I will pick him ahead of Ajagun though he is not a fast player.

The boy is too good to be in league 1. I think Ligue 1 or La Liga will suit his style. He had better go there.

I am not saying he should be called into SE. I am telling you the reason he is in league 1.

This was his first full season after he can back from injury.

Alright then.

The argument is he being called to SE.

Sorry for miscommunication

Onazi's case was a different thing bro, Onazi was denied bkus of work permit, also Onazi wasnt wanted by any top league but a division two club Birmingham. Also Onazi didnt get the look in playing for the NPFL rather, the Turkish super league grin

Talking about Onazi, I doubt Birmingham would come back for him now that he has qualified for that work permit, since he couldnt maintain that momentum that made them ask for his siggy initially. grin (this is a dfrnt debate though)

You didn't even care to check how many minutes he played in that solitary appearance.
grin

Taiwo, Uwa and Co opened that door for our NPFL players to the ligue 1. But u won't be wrong to say that Uzoenyi's failure has kinda closed that door a bit.

Back then, our NPFL players were flooding the Belgian league without trials but same cant be said of the present day NPFL players just because the league has been destroyed.

How? Did the spell turn out bad due to his unprofessional conduct? Was he given chances and he flopped? Even Pato didn't get to turn out for Chelsea while on a 1yr loan. Iago Aspas at Liverpool didn't go well too. My point is that some transfers don't just work out, not because of lack of talent or endeavor.
It's not exclusive to Nigerian home-based players.

Watford FC just signed another winger, so what happened to the purported interest on the sensational championship winger, Fred Onyedinma? Seems it was another bogus news from Southgate. Lol to think that he so hyped this boy to the extent he said Ademola was nothing but a packaged deal while Onyedinma was the real talent.

But today, he has forgotten Onyedinma and now hyping Lukman to high heavens grin

We know the story of Aspas and Pato. While it didnt workout form them at those clubs U mentioned, it did for them elsewhere. Same cant be said of our boy who also couldn't cut it at the PSL with Sundowns

Seems Kelechi Nwakali will be joining Nac Breda instead of Porto after all. This move doesnt make sense to me because it aint gonna get him qaulified for that work permit.

Arsenal aint serious with this guy if this rumour is true

Ejike suffered recurring achilles injury. If you know anatomy very well you will agree with me that achilles injury doesn't go away easily. This achilles injury finished Cazorla and Diaby. It was unfortunate for Ejike that when he got back fit, Sundowns were already PSL and caf champions, the injury continued at Bidvest and currently he's at Ajax.
If he wasn't good, how do you explain 3 of the best PSL sides giving him contracts? Those football clubs aren't NgOs.

do you know if porto backed out or their offer and conditions didnt match that of the player and his parent club arsenal? instead of being signed by porto where he maybe be sent to the team B its better he joins NAC breda if he is assured of regular playing time. our problem is we over rate some of this kids and when our expectations are not met some gets frustrated. nwakali jnr who played in the dutch 2nd division may find it difficult to see game time in an ambitious club like porto. if the dutch move materializes he should continue his development there.

Ajax cape Town won their case at the arbitrary committee and have been restored back to the PSL.
By NGO, I meant charity organization.

Hmm. What an irony if signings here and there.

I don't expect our best players to go to wrong places. especially for cash as priority.

All these stupid work permit excuses that just pisses me off. more like another way to deny an interested club the chance to use their cash well.

He is very technical, good at given through pass, he can score goals and assists.

Although, I have not seen him played for a very long time but the last time I saw him played, I was impressed.

Hamdi's case makes me have more respect for his father Chika Akujobi. Chika never tried blocking his boy from representing Nigeria unlike Ojokojo, the father of Jordan Torunarigha. I have seen Hamdi play, he is so good.

I am tipping him to make considerable number of appearances for the Heerenveen first team when the season begins.

Borussia Monchengladbach signing Keanan Bennetts admits an international future with England is no guarantee.

The 19 year-old has signed for Gladbach from Tottenham this summer.

And Bennetts admits he qualifies for three countries - England, Germany and Nigeria. He revealed to BILD: "My mother is from Hamburg, my dad from Nigeria. But I grew up in London.

"As a young child, I always spoke German with my mother. At the World Cup, I kept my fingers crossed for all three teams.

"If the question should be asked for which country I should play at the seniors level, I really have to think."

Asked why he chose to join Gladbach, the attacker added: "I did not feel Tottenham was fully behind me. That's why I did not have to think twice about Borussia's approach. It is a dream to play in the Bundesliga. In Gladbach they bet on young players - this is my chance!"
