According to LASG traffic law, she suppose go jail for 3 years straight up, then another 5 years for assaulting a police officer..

Honestly, we are joking this country, including the Police heirachy and the Court system!
First, everybody is EQUAL under the Law, be you a man or a woman.
There are no separate laws made for each gender.
People cannot commmit criminal acts and then 'hide under their gender' to escape punishment but when it suits them, they come around to claim Equality.

Secondly, slappig a uniformed Policeman is not a crime against the Policeman, but a crime against the Constitution of the country which put that uniform on his neck. Not minding that itis an assault occassioning injury to the person slapped.
This Lady needs to be charged to court IMMEDIATELY, based on the evidence that has emerged.

Finally,there are laws prohibitting driving on the wong side of traffic.
