There is this Igbo thing too, i dont know whether its uziza ooo, forgotte it, soak it with this small small pepper and drink during and few day after ovulation, hmmm thats realy so effective, you will be seeing some black black stuff coming out. Use way before ovulation. I will call the person who helped me on the prescription and post.

Garlic too is good. Then on this thread i read inserting it into your vj, well i dont like this but i think it doesnt hurt. Udoka talked about its effectiveness if not her some mamas did

For higg prolactin, i had this. Very on the high side, stress can cause this high prolactin, so relax. Natural cure for it that i read here is cabbage, eat it raw.

I also have read aligator pepper on this thread for treating high prolactin. But to be take well before ovulation.

I forgot to say, during the time i got my bfp, one thing reigning then was guife bao, did i get the spelling? I used it too. So many mamas got their bfp through the use. I used it i got pregnant a month later.

Dont forget i used ate bitter leaf and ugu alot too.


Eat natural food. Those on the big side i remember there was a sister thread then, all of them on that thread so got their bfp quickly. So know your bmi and watch what you eat.


Remember, if you have fibroids, minimise your ugu intake, dont use clomid, clomid hepls it to grow. Drugs with soya are not advised for mamas with fibroids. Ok then, i never had fibroids before i started on clomid, they saw fibroids in me when i was using clomid.

Wow sis I don’t think you should be on clomid at all! Using it for extended cycles isn’t even recommended. Sounds like it was prescribed by your doc. Clomid only makes fibroids/cysts increase

When I ttced earlier, that's how the gynae was pumping me with clomid and previous scan showed small fibroids which I tackled my way, I told him I wasn't comfortable with the clomid he was giving me and we changed routine. Pls mamas, use doctors you can comfortably talk to after all you are paying for their services. Ask them questions pls.

Madame it's either ur husband switched from one course to medicine or he did pre degree science / jupeb which z a coaching programme which last for 6- 12 depending on the institution. its meant to prepare people who are 2ru with secondary for university.Go and ask him well..

On folic acid and iron tabs, yes. Women with fibroids can easily become aneamic, so you need to take your daily dose of folic acid and iron tabs. Other sabi mamas can chuk mouth as well. Not that you shouldn't take ugu but minimise it. Red meat is a no totally.

@ olubamikemi, I hope you did not misconstrue my question? I asked those further questions because I didn't want to take any chances. I had never for one day believed in the doctor and I never asked him anything because, if you have a bit of life experience, you can read in between the lines. Is it the grammar, vocabulary, the obvious fact that he himself does not even understand what he has sent as he copied and pasted them from somewhere only he knows. So my asking you is because I have made quite a number of mistakes with my waiting procedure and I don't want to keep extending my wait. One way to help is for older mamas to keep checking this thread once in a while. They are more experienced and can easily recognize fraud here. Now we have that experience too. Kudos again to Olubankemi , Omonikiba and others that come in once in a while to check on things and mamas.

Another way is for us to be careful especially when money is involved. Even if money is not involved. It's our lives and health that we are talking about so let's still take seeming medical advice here with caution.
Once it involves othordox drugs and treatment, one should ideally be vigilant. No be every drug you go try. Bodies are different. Better to see a doctor if possible.

Then let's allow people who want to investigate doctors or seeming helpful people here, do so freely. Look at how this one would have died out and 2ballz would have continued freely if Olubankemi didn't continue talking after a few mama's said they know him and he should be left alone. The man sef started feeling fly thinking the dust has settled.

Infact, I feel nobody sef should come and claim medical doctor for us. Except you are ttcing or pregnant like Preggy thread docs. If we want doctor, we will go to hospital. All the scammers were not clearly ttcing. They just wanted to come and make money and run. Hian!

I agree with you on that and I add that, anyone who is in the categories you have mentioned, should be able to supply us with some evidence or better still allowed mamas to physically visit them at their places of work.
